मैले मेरो शैक्षिक यात्रालाई प्रतिबिम्बित गर्दा, त्यहाँ एक व्यक्ति मेरो मनमा मेरो मनपर्ने शिक्षकको रूपमा उभिएको छ। श्री मनोज सार्की मेरो हाईस्कूल अङ्ग्रेजी शिक्षक हुनुहुन्थ्यो, र उहाँले मेरो जीवनमा महत्त्वपूर्ण प्रभाव पार्नुभयो।

श्री सार्की, मैले पहिले कहिल्यै पाएका कुनै पनि शिक्षक भन्दा भिन्न थिए। उहाँ साहित्यप्रति भावुक हुनुहुन्थ्यो, र उहाँको उत्साह संक्रामक थियो। उहाँसँग सबैभन्दा चुनौतीपूर्ण पाठहरूलाई पनि जीवन्त बनाउने तरिका थियो, र उहाँले हामीलाई हामीले पढ्ने साहित्यको प्रत्येक टुक्रामा विषयवस्तु र सन्देशहरूको बारेमा आलोचनात्मक रूपमा सोच्न प्रोत्साहन दिनुभयो।

मैले श्री सार्कीको सबैभन्दा धेरै प्रशंसा गरेको कुरा भनेको उहाँका विद्यार्थीहरूका लागि माथि र बाहिर जान इच्छुक हुनु थियो। यदि हामी कुनै विशेष असाइनमेन्टको लागि संघर्ष गरिरहेका थियौं भने, उहाँले हामीलाई एक-अर्कासँग भेट्न र थप मद्दत प्रदान गर्न समय निकाल्नुहुन्छ। उहाँले आफ्ना प्रत्येक विद्यार्थीलाई व्यक्तिगत स्तरमा चिन्ने प्रयास पनि गर्नुभयो, र उहाँले हाम्रो सफलताको साँच्चै ख्याल गर्नुभयो।

श्री सार्कीको मेरो सबैभन्दा मनमोहक सम्झना थियो जब उहाँले हाम्रो कक्षाको लागि कविता स्ल्याम आयोजना गर्नुभयो। हामी प्रत्येकलाई कक्षाको अगाडि एउटा मौलिक कविता लेख्ने र प्रदर्शन गर्ने जिम्मेवारी दिइएको थियो, र म यसमा चिन्तित थिएँ। जे होस्, श्री सार्कीले हामीलाई सफल हुन आवश्यक पर्ने उपकरण र समर्थन प्रदान गर्नुभयो, र कविता स्ल्याम मेरो हाई स्कूलको अनुभवको हाइलाइटहरू मध्ये एक भयो।

श्री सार्कीसँगको मेरो समयलाई फर्केर हेर्दा, यस्तो समर्पित र प्रेरणादायी शिक्षक पाउँदा म कति भाग्यमानी थिएँ भन्ने महसुस गर्छु। उहाँले मलाई साहित्यको बारेमा मात्र होइन कडा परिश्रम, दृढता र दयाको महत्त्व पनि सिकाउनुभयो। उहाँले मेरो जीवनमा परेको प्रभावको लागि म सधैं आभारी छु।

अन्तमा, एक महान शिक्षकले विद्यार्थीको जीवनमा सबै परिवर्तन ल्याउन सक्छ, र श्री मनोज सार्की मेरो लागि शिक्षक थिए। उहाँ आफ्ना विद्यार्थीहरूलाई प्रेरणा र समर्थन गर्न माथि र बाहिर गए, र साहित्यको लागि उहाँको जोश संक्रामक थियो। म उहाँलाई मेरो मनपर्ने शिक्षक र मेरो शैक्षिक यात्रामा महत्त्वपूर्ण प्रभाव पार्ने व्यक्तिको रूपमा सधैं सम्झिरहनेछु।

"समाज सेवा" निबन्ध नेपालीमा (essay on "social service" in nepali language),  समाज सेवा.

समाज सेवा भनेको के हो ? सहयोगीहरु मित्रतालाई प्रगाढ बनाउनका लागि, हातमा हात मुखमा मुख, स्वरमा स्वर, एउटै वोलि एउटै भाब भएको नङ र मासुको सम्बन्ध रहेका एवं उसलाई दुख्दा मलाई पनि दुख्छ यस्तै खालको सहयोगी साथीलाई आनो मित्र सम्झेर सामाजिक संस्थामा सदस्य भई सहयोगीहरुमा सहयोग गर्न र सामाजिक उद्वेश्य पुरा गर्न एउटा मित्रले अर्को मित्रलाई आग्रह गरेपछि त्यो क्षेत्रमा एक भएर लागिहाल्छन् ।

मानव कल्याणको सामाजिक उद्वेश्य पुरा गर्ने काम गरेपछि नाम पनि उच्च हुने सवैले सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता भनिदिने विश्वासले धेरै मानिसहरु मानव कल्याणको निमित्त सामाजिक संघ संस्थाको या राजनैतिक संस्थाको ऐक्यवद्धता जनाई सदस्यता लिन्छन् सुरुसुरुमा यदाकदा आकल झुकल सार्वजनिक घटनाक्रममा सामेल भएर फेरी आन व्यक्तिगत जीवनमा फर्केकाहरुको प्राय एउटै गुनासो हुन्छ मलाई संस्थाले हेरेन, नेतृत्वले केही गरेन यी भनाई कसैलाई जाहेज लाग्न सक्छ ।

निर्णय गरेको काम कहिलेपनि पुरा नगर्नेहरु विधानको अवमूल्यन गर्नेहरु वैठकमा आक्कलझुक्कल आउने अनि संस्थाले गर्ने गरेको वार्षिकी कार्यक्रमहरुमा एकाध समय देखिने आफुले अवसर नपाउंदा अरुलाई उसको पछाडी छुद्र वोलीले गाली गर्ने, आफु राम्रो भएको भान पार्ने, अरुले त्याग र वलिदानीपूर्वक सशक्त रुपमा लागि परेको नदेख्नेहरुले, काम गर्नेहरुलाई अथवा अर्को व्यक्तिलाई अवसर पाएको जुनसुकै वेला विवाद हुने कुरा उठाईहाल्छन्, राम्रो काम गरेन भनिहाल्छन्, अरुले खोचे थाप्ने प्रसंग उठाएमा हो मा हो मिलाईहाल्छन् । त्यस्ता मानिसहरुले जतिसुकै डिग्री पास गरेको भएता पनि सामाजिक संस्थाको हितमा काम गर्दैनन् ऊ संग स्वार्थ रहेको, त्याग नभएकोले साजिक चेतना नभएका त्यस्ताले वदनाम गराइहाल्छन् ।

मैले यो भनाई उल्लेख गर्नुको कारण नागरिकहरु बलियो भए जनता शिक्षित भए, राष्ट्र वलियो हुन्छ राष्ट्र बलियो भयो भने कसैसंग झुक्न पर्दैन समाज विकासको क्षेत्रमा जीवनको अमुल्य समय रात दिन एक भएर सक्रिय भइरहने व्यक्ति पाखामा बस्नै सक्दैन । पाखामा बस्नु पनि पर्दैन । व्यक्तिगत स्वार्थ नभएको आप्mनो जीवनलाई त्यस्ताले सार्वजनिक बनाइसकेकाहरुलाई यदि पाखा पारियो भने उसले भावी पिंढीलाई उज्वल भविष्य प्रदान हुने अर्को कार्य शुरु गरी हाल्छ

सामाजिक क्षेत्रमा कामगर्दा गर्दै उसको उमेर आधा भैसकेको हुन्छ, आ°नो घर परिवार छोराछोरी सम्झेर बसेको हुंदैन पारिवारिक जीवनको अमुल्य समय सुख सुविधा त्यागेर आप्mनो पार्थिव शरीर र मनलाई सामाजिक क्षेत्रमा त्याग गरेका त्यस्तालाई पछाडि पार्न खोजेर किन पछाडी पथ्र्यो र जसलाई लागेको नसा अफ्रिम भने उसको जीवन कंगाल भएको छ आफुले गरेको काममा सन्तुष्ट भएर आफ्नो पुंजी भनेकै नाम हो प्रतिष्ठा हो, सामाजिक संरचना निर्माण गर्नु हो भनि योजना सहित प्रस्तुत हुनेहरुको निम्ति काम गरिरहेको कार्यकर्ताले राष्ट्र निर्माण र सामाजिक सचेतना छर्न कसले छोडेको छ र । होला उ ठूलो ओहोदामा नपुग्ला आफ्नो योजना र क्षमताअनुसार अघि वढिरहेकै हुन्छ । किनभने सामाजिक क्षेत्रमा होस् या राजनैतिक क्षेत्रमा जीवनका अमूल्य समय बिताएका अहिले एक किसिमले अवकाश प्राप्त जीवन बिताईरहेकाहरुको अवस्था अर्कै छ ।

दुई छाक खान उनी भौतारिन पर्ने अवस्थामा पुगेका छन् जो आप्mनो स्वार्थको निमित्त उसले कहिं, कतै कहिले पनि नकाम गरेन उसको छोराछोरी पढाउन धौ-धौ परिहेको छ । आफुसंगै हिंडेको आफुसंगै खेलेको आफु संगै काम गरेको, आफुसंगै पढेको दौंतरी आर्थिक र भौतिक अवस्था हेर्यो भने आफुमा कंगाल भएको आफैले देख्दछ । पु“जी र आर्थिक रुपमा आकास र जमिन वीचको फरक पाएपनि उसलाई सन्तुष्ट के मा हुन्छ भने आफूले बिहान र वेलुका गरेर कमाएको आर्थिक या भौतिक सम्पती सार्वजनिक नागरिकका संस्थालाई दिएको र आफु भन्दा गरिव निमुखा नागरिकको मर्मलाई नजिकवाट नियालिरहेको हुन्छ ।

ऊ निडर छ, जुझारुक छ, लडाकु छ, सन्तुष्ट र उमङ्गले ससक्त छ, कसैलाई उसले नकारात्मक दृष्टिले हेर्दैन, कसैलाई पखाल्ने कुरा गर्दैन, आफूले राम्रो काम गर्छ यो देश भन्दा मेरो जीवन ठूलो होईन भन्छ, व्यवहारिकता पनि त्यस्तै देखाउंछ त्यस्तालाई धोकेवाजहरुले स्वार्थी पदलोलुपहरुले अरुलाई वदमास देख्नेहरुले आफू कुण्ठा हुंदा पनि आफैलाई नचिन्नेहरुले कुतर्क गर्दा अरुको नखाएको मान्छे किन डराउंछ र । त्यसैले कुनैको सोच प्रस्ताव संस्थागत भईसकेपछि, संस्थागत प्रस्ताव मुल एजेन्डा र रणनीति योजनाअनुसार व्यक्तिगत नेतृत्व सामूहिक जिम्मेवारीको निर्णय गराइसकेपछि कार्यनीति छुट्टै तत्कालीनको लागि रणनीति छुट्टै दिर्घकालीनको लागि संस्थालाई के कसरी चलाउन पर्दछ भन्नेवारे संस्थागत सदस्यले वुझाउनै पर्दछ । भावमा आफूलाई लक्ष्यतिर अघि वढ्नुनै सामाजिक  कार्यकर्ताहरुको निष्कर्ष हुनेछ । सामाजिक परम्परा र रितिरिवाजमा अनावश्यक खलल नपारी शान्तपूर्वक क्रियाशील हुन पाउने परिस्थिती सृजना गर्नुनै सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताको जिम्मेवारी हुन्छ संस्थागत वातावरणमा क्रमिक सामाजिक चेतनाको विकास नेपाली धर्तीको आवश्यकता र नागरिकहरुको आंकाक्षा रहेको हुन्छ । ठूला अपेक्षा र महत्वकांक्षा भन्दापनि सरल सौम्य, ईमानदार, सकारात्मक जीवनशैली नै नेपाली समाजको मुख्य आधार रहि आएको छ संस्थामा विद्यमान विधानद्वारा आधिकारको प्रयोग गर्दा अरुको अधिकारमा दख्खल नपर्ने गरी संस्थाको उद्वेश्यको हितमा अरुको योगदानको कदर गर्दै सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता अगाडी वढ्नु पर्दछ संस्थामा जो वढी क्रियाशील रहन्छ जो उद्धेश्यमा आप्mनो घरको काम छोडेर सामाजिक हितमा काम गरिरहेको हुन्छ, जो संस्थाको निर्णयपालना गर्न अहोरात्र खटिरहेको हुन्छ त्यसैलाई नेतृत्व सुम्पनु अथवा जिम्मेवारी प्रदान गर्नु सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताको कर्तव्य हो । आफू कम खट्नेहरुले नेतृत्वलाई सहयोग गर्नु पर्दछ ।

सामाजिक पदधारण गर्ने व्यक्तिले गर्ने प्रत्येक निर्णय पुर्णतः संस्थाको हुने हुनाले, सार्वजनिक हितको हेतुले गर्नु पर्दछ परिवारको वा मित्रलाई कुनै आर्थिक वा अन्य कुनै फाईदा पुग्नेगरी काम गर्न पाईंदैन । आफुलाई अन्य कुनै व्यक्ति वा संस्थाको अन्य गतिविधिवाट नेतृत्वले अलग बस्नु पर्दछ । जसबाट पदीय कर्तव्य पालनमा कुनै किसिमको प्रभाव नपरोस्, पदमा रहंदा कसैलाई नियुक्ति गर्दा, कसैलाई पुरस्कृत गर्दा संस्थागत कुनैपनि काम गर्दा पदधारण गर्ने व्यक्तिले स्वार्थ नलिइकन गुण दोषको आधारमा वस्तुगत निर्णय गर्नु पर्दछ । कुनैपनि पदमा रहेको व्यक्तिले आफ्नो निर्णय र कार्यप्रति जवाफदेहीता हुनु पर्दछ आफ्नो पदलाई सुहाउने जस्तोसुकै छानविनका लागि जिम्मेवारी लिंदै आफू प्रस्तुत हुन सक्नु पर्दछ सवै निर्णय र कार्यलाई संम्भव भएसम्म खुला र पारदर्शी गर्न सक्नु पर्दछ । संस्थाको सार्वजनिक वृहत हितका लागी गोप्य राख्ने कुरा वाहेक आफुले गरेको कामको कारण सहित यथार्थ पस्कन सक्नु पर्दछ । कुनैपनि सार्वजनिक विषयको पदधारण गर्ने व्यक्तिले संस्थाको हितको रक्षाको निमित्त जस्तोसुकै विवादको समाधान गर्ने उसको दायित्व हुन्छ आफुलाई इमानदार वनाउन वोलीमा कन्ट्रोल गर्न सक्नु पर्दछ । अरुलाई दोष दिएर होइन संस्थागत हितमा काम गर्ने उदाहरणीय व्यक्ति वन्न सक्नु पर्दछ।

"तिहार" निबन्ध नेपालीमा (essay on "tihar" in nepali language),  तिहार निबन्ध.

 तिहार नेपालीहरुको ज्यादै रमाइलो एवं महत्त्वपूर्ण चाड हो । यसलाई नेपालीहरु दसैँभन्दा पनि बढी रमाइलोसँग मनाउँछन् । यस चाडमा गरिने पूजा र हरेक क्रियाकलापले हामीलाफ सन्मार्गमा लाग्ने प्रेरणा दिन्छन् । नेपाली समाजमा ज्यादै प्रिय बनेको र सांस्कृतिक एकता कायम गर्न सफल बनेको तिहार चाडको महत्त्वलाई अझ बढाउनुपर्दछ यस्ता चाडहरुलाई | हामीले आपसी मेलमिलाप बढाउने गरी मनाउनुपर्छ र यस्ता चाडहरु मनाई हामीले आफ्नो जीवनलाई पनि अझ सुन्दर पार्दै जानुपर्छ ।

तिहारको पाँच वा अन्तिम दिन भाइ तिहारका रुपमा प्रसिद्ध छ । कात्तिक महिनाको शुक्ल पक्षको द्वितीयका दिन यो चाड पर्दछ यो चाड दिदी-बहिनीले दाजु-भाइलाई टिका लाएर पुज्ने र सेल, मिठाई आदि परिकार खान दिने अनि दाजुभाइले दिदीबहिनीलाई दक्षिणा, उपहार आदि दिने रमाइलो दिन हो । यस दिलाई भाइटीका पनि भनिन्छ । यसै दिन कालका देवता यमराज पनि आपनी बहिनी यमुनाकहाँ टीका लगाउन जने कथा हिन्दू पुराणमा उल्लेख गरिएको छ यस दिन दिदी-बहिनीले दाजु-भाइका निधारमा चामलको पीठो दली त्यसमाथि सप्तरङ्गी टीका लगाई सयपत्री र मखमली फुलको माला पहियाई कपालमा तेल हालेर अनि मीठा मीठा खानेकुरा खान दिई आआफ्ना दाजुभाइको दीर्घायु र निरोगिताको कामना गर्दछन् । दाजुभाइले पनि दिदीबहिनीलाई यथाशक्य दक्षिणा तथा सौगातहरु दिई पार्दछन् । यस दिनले दाजुभाइ तथा दिदीबहिनीका बीचको सम्बन्धलाई निकै गहिरो तुल्याइदिन्छ । त्यसैले यो दिन तिहार चाडको निकै महत्त्वपूर्ण दिन हो।

यस दिन साँझपख देखि नै घर, गोठ, जताततै बत्ती बालेर झिलिमिली परिने हुनाले यस दुनलाई तिहारको महत्त्वपूर्ण दिन मानिन्छ । यसै दिन दीपावलीको झिलिमिली सबैतिर पारिने हुँदा नै तिहार चाडलाई दीपावली' समेत भन्ने गरिएको हो । यस दिन प्राय घरघरमा सेल तथा अन्य मीठामीठा परिकारहरु पकाई खाने चलन नेपालीहरुमाझ चलेको छ । साँझदेखि नैं यस दिन केटीहरु घरघर गई भैलो खेल्ने गर्दछन् अनि मैले खेलेबापत घरमुलीले श्रद्धाले दिएका सेल, रुपियाँ आदि लिई उनीहरु रमाउँछन् ।

तिहारको चौथो दिनलाई गोरु तिहार भनिन्छ । यो तिहार कात्तिक महिनाको शुक्ल पक्षको प्रतिपदा तिथिमा पर्दछ । यस दिन गोवर्द्धन पूजा र गोरुको पूजा गरिन्छ यस दिनलाई हलतिहार पनि भनिन्छ यस दिन खास गरी गाई गोरुका गोबरबाट पहाडजस्तो बनाई त्यसैलाई गोवर्द्धन पर्वत मानेर पूजा गर्ने गरिन्छ त्यसै गरी यस दिन गोरुको पूजा गर्ने चलन छ ।

तिहारको दोस्रो दिनमा कुकुर तिहार मनाइन्छ। यो कुकुर तिहार कार्तिक महिनाको कृष्ण | पक्षको चतुर्दशी तिथि परेको दिन पर्दछ । यस दिन मीठामीठा खाने कुरा दिई माला लगाई सिंगारपटार गरी कुकुरको पूजा गरिन्छ । घरपालुवा जनावरका रुपमा रहेको र घरकै रखबारी | गर्न पालिने कुकुरलाई कालका देवता यसराजको दूतका रुपमा मानी पूजा गर्ने प्रथा हाम्रो | समाजमा उहिलेदेखि चलिआएको प्रथा हो । वर्षमा एकदिन कुकुरको पूजा गर्दा पनि एक किसिमको रमाइलै हुन्छ

तिहारको तेस्रो दिनलाई गाई तिहार भनिन्छ । यो चाड लक्ष्मीपूजाका नामले पनि निकै प्रसिद्ध छ। कार्तिक महिनाको कृष्ण पक्षको औँसीका दिन यो चाड मानइन्छ । यस दिन गाई र धनको पूजा गर्ने गरिन्छ यस दिन विहान गाईको पूजा गरिन्छ । गाई हामो राष्ट्रिय जनावर हो र | यसलाई हिन्दूहरु लक्ष्मीका रुपमा पनि मान्दछन् । त्यसैले यस दिन गाईलाई फूलको माला | लगाएर थरीथरीका मीठामीठ खाने कुरा खान दिई गाईपूजा गरिन्छ ।

तिहार हाम्रा चाडहरुमध्येको एक महत्त्वपूर्ण चाड हो । यो चाड प्रत्यक वर्ष कार्तिक कृष्ण त्रयोदशीदेखी कार्तिक शुक्ल द्वितीयासम्मका पाँच दिनसम्म मनाइन्छ यी पाँच दिनमा काग - तिहार, कुकुर तिहार, भाई- तिहार, गोरु तिहार र भाइ तिहार गरी जम्मा पाँच तिहार मनाइन्छ । | यस चाडलाई यमपञ्चक र दीपावली' का रुपमा पनि चिनिन्छ । नेपाल अधिराज्यभरका हिन्दू नेपालीहरु पनि यस चाडलाई उतिकै महत्व दिई मनाउँछन् । तिहारको पहिलो दिनलाई काम तिहार भनिन्छ । कार्तिक कृष्ण पक्षको त्रयोदशी तिथि परेको | दिनलाई काग तिहारका रुपमा मनाइन्छ । यस दिन कामका निम्ति विभिन्न खाद्यवस्तु | छुट्टयाई कागको पूजा गरिन्छ यस चाडमा कागलाई यमराजको दूतका रुपमा पुजिन्छ ।

" विद्यार्थी जीवन" निबन्ध नेपालीमा (essay on "students life" in nepali language),  विद्यार्थी जीवन.

सङ्घर्षको जीवन विद्यार्थी शब्द तत्सम शब्द हो । विद्या + अर्थी मिलेर विद्यार्थी शब्दको निर्माण भएको हो । जसमा विद्या भन्नाले शिक्षण संस्थाबाट वा स्वाध्ययनबाट हासिल गरिने ज्ञान र अर्थी भन्नाले चाहना गर्ने वा इच्छा गर्ने भन्ने बुझिन्छ । यसरी हेर्दा विद्यार्थी शब्दको शाब्दिक अर्थ शिक्षा वा ज्ञान हासिल गर्न चाहना गर्ने व्यक्ति भन्ने बुझिन्छ। सामान्य अर्थमा हेर्दा विद्यालय वा महाविद्यालयमा वा शिक्षण संस्थामा अध्ययनरत व्यक्तिलाई बुझाउँछ भने व्यापक अर्थमा विद्यार्थी त्यो हो जो केही सिकिरहेको हुन्छ । यसरी हेर्दा सिकाइ क्रियाकलापमा भाग लिने जति सबैलाई विद्यार्थी हुन् भन्न सकिन्छ ।

विद्यार्थीको जीवन अरुको भन्दा फरक हुन्छ जुन जीवन सङ्घर्षले भरिएको हुन्छ । कुनै पनि सङ्घर्ष नै नगरिकन विद्यार्थीको जीवन सफल हुन सक्दैन । सङ्घर्ष भनेको निरन्तर संक्रिता र कठोर परिश्रम हो । विद्यार्थीको जीवनलाई सुखी, सम्पन्न बनाउने मुख्य कारक तत्व भन वा सारतत्व नै सङ्घर्ष हो । जीवन सङ्घर्ष हो, सङ्घर्ष नै जीवन हो। पुरै जीवनको एक हाँगो नै विद्यार्थी जीवन हो ।

विद्यार्थी जीवनमा अनेकौँ बाधा अड्चनहरू आउँछन् कुनै समय परीक्षामा असफल पनि हुन सकिन्छ । तर कति पनि विचलित नभई निरन्तर कर्ममा लाग्नु पर्छ । यदि हामीले आफ्नो कर्तव्य र अधिकार दुबैलाई बुझेर सङ्घर्ष गरेर अघि बढ्यो भने साँच्चिकै आफ्नो लक्ष्यको विन्दुमा पुग्न सक्छौं । सङ्घर्षबाट पलायन हुने विद्यार्थीले कहिल्यै केही गर्न सक्दैन । निरन्तर सङ्घर्षकै परिणामस्वरूप हिजोको ढुङ्गे युगबाट आजको वैज्ञानिक युगमा मानिसले पर्दापण गरेको छ । सङ्घर्षको कारणले नै मानिसले प्रकृतिका विशाल चुनौतीहरूसँग सहकार्य गर्दै उर्जा, जलविद्युतको उत्पादन गरी जीवनमा अभूतपूर्व क्रान्ति ल्याउन सफल भएको छ । मागेर, रोएर, याचना गरेर पाएको सफलतालाई कदापी सङ्घर्ष मान्न सकिन्न । उत्साह, हिम्मत र ऑटका साथ सङ्घर्ष गरेर पाएको सफलताले नै जीवनलाई सार्थक तुल्याउँछ । विद्यार्थी जीवन मानव जीवनको अमूल्य जीवन हो यो बितेपछि पुन फर्केर आउँदैन । यो अवस्थामा शिक्षा ग्रहण गर्दा विभिन्न सङ्घर्षहरू पार गर्दै अघि बढेमा मात्र भविष्यलाई सुनौलो मोडमा पुयाउन सकिन्छ ।

असार भरि हिलोमा सङ्घर्ष गरेपछि मंसिरमा झुल्ने धानका बालाले किसानको जीवनलाई कति आनन्दित तुल्याउँछ होला त्यस्तै विद्यार्थीले पनि आफ्नो जीवनमा गरेका कठोर सङ्घर्षकै कारण भोली डाक्टर, इन्जिनियर, शिक्षक तथा असल राजनेता बन्दा कति आनन्द आउँछ होला ?" विद्यार्थी जीवनमा गरिने सङ्घर्ष सामान्यतया आन्तरिक र बाहिरी गरी दुई प्रकारका हुन्छन् । समष्टिमा भन्नुपर्दा विद्यार्थी जीवनमा कहिलेकाँही भोक, तिर्खा पनि भुलैर सिकाइमा तल्लिन हुनुपर्छ । निद्रालाई कम गरेर आफ्नो मनोरञ्जन गर्ने समयलाई कम गरेर, साथीभाइसँगको आत्मीयता तथा सामीप्यता हुने समय शिक्षामा लगानी गरेर सङ्घर्ष गरिरहनु पर्छ । त्यसैले विद्यार्थी जीवन साँच्चिकै एउटा ठूलो त्याग अनि सङ्घर्षको जीवन हो । जुन सामान्य जीवनभन्दा फरक छ । यसरी सङ्घर्षलाई आफ्नो जीवन ठान्ने विद्यार्थी निरन्तर सफलताको चुचुरोमा पुग्न सक्षम हुन्छन् ।

खेलकुद "निबन्ध" नेपालीमा (essay-on-sports-in-nepali-language), खेलकुद , खेल र कुद दुई शब्द मिली 'खेलकुद' शब्द बनेको हो। यस शब्दले 'मन बहलाउन वा ब्यामका निम्ति खेल्ने र कुदने काम भन्ने बुझिन्छ । 'खेलकुद' शब्दले हिजोआज केवल मनोरन्जन र ब्यायामक लागि खेल्ने र कुदने का मात्र नबुझाई व्यापक अर्थमा एउटा ठुलो व्यवसायलाई बुझाउन थालेको छ । यसले व्यक्तिको स्वास्थ्य मात्र होइन यश, धन, मान सम्मान र प्रतिष्ठासंग पनि जोडिन पुगेको छ । खेल खेल्ने व्यक्तिको चमक क्षणभरमा विश्वभर सनसनीपूर्ण ....तरिकाले फिँजिन्छ् । यो व्यक्तिको सम्मान र खेलकुदका मध्यमबाट देशको नाम विश्वाभर चिनाउँन सकिन्छ । वर्तमान युगमा खेलकुद दिन-प्रतिदिन लोकप्रिय बन्दै गएको छ। त्यसैले आज खेलकुद लागि विश्वमा ठूलो धनराशी खर्च भइरहेको छु । मिति २०७४ साल जेठ ८ मा बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकले नेपालको राष्ट्रिय खेल भलिबल घोषणा गरेको हो । खेललाई घरभित्र खेलिने खेल र बाहिर खेलिने खेल गरी दुई किसिमले वर्गीकरण गर्न सकिन्छ । मानवजीवनमा खेलकुदको ज्यादै ठूलो महत्त्व रहेको छ । खेलकुदले हाम्रो शरीर र मन दुवै तन्दुरुस्त राख्दछ नियमित रुपमा खेलकुदमा सहभागी हुने व्यक्ति सधै फुर्तिलो, जागिरिलो हुन्छ । त्यसैले समय मिलाएर खेलकुदमा सहभागी हुनु अति जरुरी छ । खेलमा एकाग्रता, अनुशासन र स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा हुनुपर्दछ  र यसको भएको खलेबाटै सहोयोगीको भावना बढ्न सक्दछ अनि एक अर्कामा आत्मीयता पनि बढ्न जान्छ । जसरी भए पनि खेल जित्नेपर्ने भन्ने नचाहिदो होडबाजी र दुर्भावनाको विकासले गर्दा खेलमा नराम्रो अस्वस्थको सिर्जना भएको हो। खेल हुनुभन्दा अगि नै हारजित निश्चित गर्नु, छलकपट हुनु, खेलाडीहरुलाई धम्की दिनु र तिनलाई खरिद गर्न खोज्न आदिजस्ता खराब प्रवृतिका कारण सिङ्गो खेलजगत नै कहिलेकाहिँ विवादमा फस्न पुग्छ । खेलीने खेलहरुको नाम फुटबल, क्रिकेट, भलिबल, बक्सिङ, तेक्वान्दो, टेबलटेनिस, उसु, जुडो, ह्याडबल, कराँते, हकी, सुटिङ, जिम्न्याष्टिक, साईकिलिङ, आर्चरी, फेन्सिङ, पौडी, ट्रायथलन, एथ्लेटिक्स, फुल कन्ट्याक्ट, कराँते, ब्याटमिन्टन, बास्केटबल, आईटीएफ तेक्वान्दो, शारीरिक सुगठन, सफ्ट टेनिस, लन टेनिस, तेक्वान्दो, कबड्डी, बुद्धिचाल, खोखो, सेपाकताक्रो, स्क्वास, प्याराग्याईडिङ् कुस्तीर र गल्फ यी खेलहरुको नाम हुन् । मानिस जस्तै पशुपन्छीहरु पनि खेलेर रमाउने गरेको हामीहरुले देखेकै छौँ । जस्तै बाख्रा,कुकुर ,बिराला आदि जनावर र तिनका बच्चाबच्चीहरु उफ्रिदै खेल्दै गरेको हामीले देखेका छौ। त्यसै गरी बदर, मृग आदि जंगली जनावरहरु पनि खेलिरहन्छन । चराचुरुंगीहरु पनि खुला आकाशमा चक्कर लगाउदै अनि  रुखका हाँगाहागा चाहर्दे रमाइरहन्छन । माछा पनि पानीमा खेलिरहेको हामी देख्न सक्छौं । खेलकुदबाट मानिसलाई धेरै फाइद हुने गर्छ । खेलकुदमा अनुशासन अपरिहार्य हुन्छ र यसले मानिसलाई अनुशासित जीवन बिताउन मद्दत गर्छ । मानिसले समुहमा मिलेर काम गर्ने बानी सिक्दछ । खेलबाट शारीरिक ब्यायाम हुनु भएकाले शरीरमा | जागर पलाउनक साथै खाएको कुरा पनि सजिलै पच्छ ।  click here  for more..., wednesday, october 5, 2022, समाजमा शिक्षा र श्रमको महत्त्व "निबन्ध"(samajama-sikshya-ra-shram-ko-mahatto-nibandha),  समाजमा शिक्षा र श्रमको महत्त्व, कुनै पनि देशको सर्वाङ्ग विकासको लागि त्यहाँको समाजमा शिक्षा र श्रमको अन्तरसम्बन्धले महत्वपुर्ण भुमिका खेलेको हन्छ । विकासको लागि शिक्षा मेरुदण्ड हो भने दक्ष जनशक्ति र श्रम महत्वपूर्ण आधार हो । दक्ष जनशक्ति उचित शिक्षाले नै उत्पादन गर्दछ र दक्ष जनशक्तिको सीप र श्रमले नै विकासको आधार निर्माण गर्दछ । मार्क्सवादी सिद्धान्त अनुसार प्रकृतिमा उपलब्ध भएका विभिन्न पदार्थलाई मानव जगतको उपयोगको लागि विभिन्न आवश्यक बस्तुहरु उत्पादन गर्न मानव श्रमको अनिवार्य खपत हुनैपर्छ । मानव श्रम विना कुनै पनि बस्तु वा समग्रमा संस्कृतिको निर्माण असम्भव हुन्छ । कुनैपनी बस्तुको उपयोग मुल्य तब निर्धारण हुन्छ जब त्यस पदार्थमा मानव श्रमको मिश्रण हुन्छ । त्यसकारण श्रमको उपयुक्त प्रयोग सीप र शिक्षाले नै पुरा गर्दछ हामीले श्रम भन्नाले मानसिक र शारीरिक दुबै प्रकारका श्रममा भाग लिने कुरामा उतिकै महत्व दिनु जरुरी छ । पढेलेखेका र सीप भएकाले शारीरिक श्रम गर्नुहुन्न भन्ने गलत संस्कारलाई हटाउने प्रयत्न गर्नुपर्छ ।  यस कुरामा सफलता हासिल गर्न, आफ्नो देश र समाज अनुसार दक्ष जनशक्तिको उत्पादन गर्न कुन प्रकारको शिक्षा प्रणाली अपनाउनु पर्छ र कस्तो शिक्षा नीति अवलम्बन गरिनुपर्छ भन्ने कुराले नै यसमा महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेलेको हुन्छ दार्शनिक कन्फ्युसियसले भनेका छन् मानिसहरु प्राकृतिक रुपमा समान हुन्छन्, तिनीहरुको एकनास रुपमा सम्मान गर्नु पर्ने हुन्छ । समान अवसर प्रदान गर्नु पर्दछ । सबैमा राम्रो र नराम्रो बारे अध्ययन गर्ने क्षमता हुँने हुनाले शिक्षामा वर्गीय विविधता हुनु हुदैन ।" यस विचारबाट के कुरा प्रष्ट हुन्छ भने जबसम्म समाजमा शिक्षाका लागि समान अवसरहरु सबैका लागि प्राप्त हदैनन तबसम्म कुनै पनि समाजको विकास र विस्तार हुदैन । अर्का जर्मनी दार्शनिक हुमवोल्टरले भनेका छन् “शिक्षाले व्यक्तिलाई समाजमा समाहित गराउन सक्नु पर्दछ र बृहत समाजमा उसको सम्बन्ध स्थापित गराउनु पर्दछ । यस विचारबाट के कुरा प्रष्ट हुन्छ भने चाहे त्यो विद्यालय तहको शिक्षा होस् वा उच्च शिक्षा सबैको मुख्य लक्ष्य मानिसलाई समाजमा योगदान गर्नका लागि सक्षम बनाउनु पर्दछ भन्ने बुझ्नु पर्दछ । शिक्षा आर्जन गरेको व्यक्तिले शिक्षाबाट प्राप्त ज्ञानलाई आफैँले आफ्नो व्यक्तित्व र सकारात्मक सोच विकास गर्न प्रयोग गर्न सक्नपर्छ । नेपालको सन्दर्भमा करा गर्ने हो भने आज हाम्रो शिक्षा नीति र नेपाली समाज माथि उल्लेखित दुबै दार्शनिकका विचार भित्र अट्न सकेको छैन । समाज, श्रम र शिक्षाको सम्बन्ध त्रिकोणात्मक हुनु पर्नेमा आज त्यसो हुन सकेको छैन । शिक्षा र श्रम अर्थात शिक्षित र परिश्रमी मान्छे एउटै हुन सक्दैन भन्ने मान्यता हाम्रो समाजमा स्थापित भएको छ । माथि उल्लेखित विचारहरुलाई राम्ररी केलाउने हो भने शिक्षा र यसका सिद्धान्तहरु कुन उद्देश्यबाट प्रेरित हुनु पर्दछ भन्ने कुरा सहजै बुझ्नसकिन्छ । देशमा रहेका विद्यालय र विश्वविद्यालयहरु समाजलाई रुपान्तर गर्दै विकासको बाटोमा अग्रसर गराउन सक्ने माध्यमका रुपमा लिइन्छ, तर विद्यालय तहदेखि बजारमुखी शिक्षा नीति लिन खोज्दा समाजका अन्य क्षेत्रमा यसको महत्व र प्रभावलाई पुयाउन सकिएको छैन | एउटा विद्यार्थीले आज अध्ययन गरेको शिक्षा, सिद्धान्त र विचारहरु पचासौं वर्षसम्म उसले आफ्नो र समाजको कल्याणका लागि प्रयोग गर्न सक्दछ । हरेक आमा बाबुको आकाङ्क्षा शिक्षित छोराछोरी भएपछि सामाजिक, आर्थिक जीवन राम्रो हुने अपेक्षाका साथ शिक्षामा ठूलो लगानी गरेका हुन्छन् । तर, यसको परिणाम निराशा, कुण्ठा र आर्थिक बोझको रुपमा देखा पर्दछ । एउटा शैक्षिक चेतनाले भरिएको अपाङ्ग मस्तिष्क बोकेको मानिस जसले आफ्नो जीवनको भविष्य आफूले १९/२० वर्ष लगानी गरेको ठाउँमा नभेटेर फेरि शारीरिक श्रम बेच्न विदेश पलायन हुनु पर्ने वाध्यता छ समाज, श्रम र शिक्षा अभिन्न विषयवस्तु हुन भन्ने कुरा ज्ञान गर्न शिक्षालाई समाजबाट पुस्तकसम्म, पुस्तकबाट चेतनासम्म, चेतनाबाट व्यवहारसम्म र व्यवहारबाट व्यवसायीक आत्मनिर्भर जीवन यापन गर्न सक्ने समाजसम्म रुपान्तरण गर्नु जरुरी छ । यसरी शिक्षा समाज देखि समाजसम्म लागू गरिनु आजको प्रमुख आवश्यकता हो । for more..., saturday, october 1, 2022, ''भूपि शेरचन"को जीवनी (bhupi-serchan-jibani ),  साहित्यकार भूपि शेरचन, साहित्य समाजको ऐना हो । साहित्य सिर्जनामा लाग्ने व्यक्ति साहित्यकार हुन् । साहित्यकारले लोकप्रियता आर्जन गर्न पाठकको मन छुने र समाजको वास्तविकता देखाउने स्तरीय रचना थोरै मात्र लेखे पनि पुग्छ । थोरै तर स्तरीय साहित्य सिर्जना गरी नेपाली साहित्य जगत्मा नाम कमाउन सफल सृष्टीमध्ये भूपि शेरचन पनि एक हुन् । उनको जन्म गण्डकी प्रदेशमा " पर्ने जिल्लाको थाकटुकुचेमा वि.सं. १९९२ पुस १२ मा भएको थियो । उनको साहित्यिक नाम अपि भए पनि वास्तविक नाम भूपेन्द्रमान शेरचन हो । हितमान शेरचन र पद्मकुमारी शेरचनका सुपुत्र भूपि पांच सन्तानमध्ये कान्छा थिए। पांच वर्षको छँदा उनकी आमाको निधन भएकाले मातृस्नेहबाट उनी वञ्चित हुन पुगे। यसरी आमाको मायाबाट वञ्चित हुन पुगेका उनी सानैदेखि गम्भीर स्वभावका थिए। मातवियोगका कारण उनको बाल्यकाल सङ्घर्षपूर्ण रहयो । भूषिलाई घरमै शिक्षक राखेर अक्षर सिकाउने काम गरियो । पछि अध्ययनकै सिलसिलामा उनलाई नेपालको परासी पुन्याइयो। त्यस वेला उनका दाजु परासीमा माल अड्डाका हाकिम थिए। त्यहीं बसेर उनले प्राथमिक तहको शिक्षा आर्जन गरे । उनी सानैदेखि पढाइमा रुचि राख्थे । केही समयपछि उनलाई भारतको नौतनवा लगियो। त्यहाँ बसेर उनले हिन्दी र अङ्ग्रेजी भाषा अध्ययन गर्न वाले। त्यहांबाट दश वर्षको उमेरमा उनी बनारसको सेन्ट्रल हिन्दु विद्यालयमा भना हन पुगे । उनले त्यहींबाट मेट्रिक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण गरे । त्यसपछि बनारसकै डी.ए. भी. कलेजमा भर्ना भई आई एस्सीको अध्ययन गर्न थाले । विज्ञान विषयमा उनको त्यति रुचि नभएकाले एक वर्षको अध्ययनपछि उनी कला विषय पढ्न थाले । उनले भारतको इलाहाबादबाट आईए परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण गरे । त्यसपछि उनले काठमाडौको नेसनल कलेजमा स्नातक तहका अध्ययन गर्न थाले व्यावहारिक कठिनाइले गर्दा उनले आफ्नो औपचारिक शिक्षा अगाडि बढाउन सकेनन् । यसपछि उनी बिस वर्षको उमेरमै वैवाहिक जीवनमा बाधिए । भूषि अत्यन्त मिलनसार सरल र मृदुभाषी थिए। साहित्यका अतिरिक्त चित्रकला सङ्गीत र समाजसेवामा पनि उनको विशेष रुचि थियो । वि.स. २०२० कलेजमा भर्ना भई आई एस्सीको अध्ययन गर्न थाले। विज्ञान विषयमा उनको त्यति रुचि नभएकाले एक वर्षको अध्ययनपछि उनी कला विषय पढ्न थाले । उनले भारतको इलाहाबादबाट आईए परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण गरे । त्यसपछि उनले काठमाडौको नेसनल कलेजमा स्नातक तहको अध्ययन गर्न थाले। व्यावहारिक कठिनाइले गर्दा उनले आफ्नो औपचारिक शिक्षा अगाडि बढाउन सकेनन् । यसपछि उनी विस वर्षको उमेरमै वैवाहिक जीवनमा बाधिए। भूपि अत्यन्त मिलनसार, सरल र मृदुभाषी थिए। साहित्यका अतिरिक्त चित्रकला, सङ्गीत र समाजसेवामा पनि उनको विशेष रुचि थियो । विसं २०२० देखि करिव सात वर्षसम्म पोखराको बसाइमा रहदा नेपाल रेडक्रस संस्थाको कोषाध्यक्षका रूपमा रही काम गरेका थिए । उनले त्यहाँ एक विद्यालयसमेत खोली शिक्षापतिको बाफ्नो गोट प्रकट गरेका थिए। स्वाभिमानी, स्वतन्त्रताप्रेमी र अरूको हकअधिकारका लागि लड्ने भूपि अन्याय, अत्याचार र शोषणका विरोधी थिए। राजनीतिक चेतनासमेत भएका आणि एक प्रगतिवादी कवि थिए । थोरै कृति  विरोधी थिए । राजनीतिक चेतनासमेत भएका भूपि एक प्रगतिवादी कवि थिए थोरै कृति सिर्जना गरेर धेरै प्रसिद्धि कमाउन सफल भूपिका परिवर्तन (नाटक, २०१०), नयाँ भ्याउरे कविता सङ्ग्रह, २०११), निर्भर (कविता सङ्ग्रह, २०१५) घुम्ने मेचमाथि अन्धो मान्छे कविता सङ्ग्रह, २०२५) र भूपि शेरचनका कविताहरू कविता सङ्ग्रह, २०५७) प्रकाशित भएका छन् । यीबाहेक अन्य थुप्रै कविता विभिन्न पत्रपत्रिकामा प्रकाशित भएका छन्। भूपि सरल भाषामा गहन भाव व्यक्त गर्ने प्रसिद्ध व्यङ्ग्यवादी कवि थिए बिम्ब र प्रतीकको प्रयोग गरेर राम्रा राम्रा गद्य कविता रच्ने भूपि प्रकृतिप्रेमी, देशप्रेमी, राष्ट्रवादी, मानवतावादी र प्रखर युगबोध भएका प्रसिद्ध कवि थिए। उनको कवित्व शक्ति निकै सशक्त थियो। उनी कविका साथै एक प्रसिद्ध गीतकार पनि थिए। यो नेपाली शिर उचाली संसारमा लम्किन्छ जूनकिरी के ज्योति बाली अन्धकारमा चम्किन्छ भन्ने उनको राष्ट्रिय चेतनाले भरिएको गीत लोकप्रिय बनेको छ। हामी सहिदहरूको सम्झनामा मेरो देश, मैनबत्तीको शिखा, घण्टाघर घुम्ने मेचमाथि अन्धो मान्छे उनका निकै चर्चित कविता हुन् । समाजका विसङ्गति, विकृतिप्रति व्यङ्ग्य गर्दै समाज सुधारको चाहना राख्ने कवि भूपि एक बेजोड प्रतिभा थिए। नेपाली काव्य साधनामा कन्डै तीनदशक लामो समय बिताएका भूपिलाई वि.स. २०२६ मा साझा पुरस्कारद्वारा सम्मान गरिएको थियो। उनको कवित्व शक्तिको  निकै चर्चित कविता हुन् समाजका विसङ्गति, विकृतिप्रति व्यङ्ग्य गर्दै समाज सुधारको चाहना राख्ने कवि भूपि एक वेजोड प्रतिभा थिए। नेपाली काव्य साधनामा झन्डै तीनदशक लामो समय बिताएका भूपिलाई वि.स २०२६ मा साझा पुरस्कारद्वारा सम्मान गरिएको थियो। उनको कवित्व शक्तिको उच्च प्रशंसा गर्दै तत्कालीन राजा महेन्द्रले स्यावासीसहित इनाम पनि दिएका थिए। उनी वि.स २०३७ मा तत्कालीन नेपाल राजकीय प्रज्ञा प्रतिष्ठानका सदस्यसमेत भएका थिए। उनले त्यहाबाट प्रकाशन हुने 'कविता' र 'प्रज्ञा' नाम गरेका साहित्यिक पत्रिकाको सम्पादनसमेत गरेका थिए। उनले अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय युवा फेस्टिवलका सन्दर्भमा नेपालको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्दै तत्कालीन सोभियत सङ्घको भ्रमणसमेत गरेका थिए। भूपि शेरचनको विसं २०४६ जेठ १ गते ५४ वर्षको उमेरमा देहावसान भयो । नेपाली साहित्य जगत्ले एक होनहार प्रतिभा गुमायो । उनको भौतिक शरीर आज हाम्रो सामु नरहे तापनि उत्कृष्ट कृतिहरूले गर्दा उनी अमर भएका छन् ।.

TEACHER'S DAY

O ne day every year, we celebrate Teachers' Day in honor of the teachers who spend so much time teaching us so many things. This year, Teachers' Day began with a school assembly in the hall where the headmaster delivered a speech. After that we adjourned to our classes, not to have lessons, but to enjoy ourselves.

My classmates gave a small party for the teachers who taught us. Each of us contributed a small sum of money to buy cakes, drinks and other titbits. On that day we arranged the chairs and desks so that they surrounded an empty space in the middle of the classroom.

So began a round of eating, drinking and playing games with the teachers. Most of the teachers were very sporting and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was so different from having lessons.

The other classes gave parties too. So, the teachers had to move from class to class and participate in the fun. I would think that this was quite tiring on the part of the teachers but they managed it. After all it was their day to enjoy and have fun.

One class even gave a short play for their teachers. I did not get to watch it as I was busy tidying up the classroom after the party.

All in all, it was a great day. The whole school was immersed in an atmosphere of gaiety. So when the school bell rang for dismissal I felt a little sad that it should end, but end it must. The day was over and we went home tired but happy.

Essay on My Favourite Teacher :- I am a student at St Paul School. There are altogether sixty teachers in my school, but I like my class teacher, Mrs. Ruby Pandey, very much. She teaches us English. She has been teaching in our school for over fifteen years. She is a very experienced and accomplished lady.

Telling the truth, I didn’t like her very much at first. When we first met she was scolding students in a bad manner. I hate her at that moment. I found her very rude and strict.

I found her very bad. But, after a certain time, I found that she was not like that. And her behavior of her with that student was because of certain reasons. I somehow feel guilty too. However, Now, I like her. I love her as my favorite teacher.

She always enters our classroom with a big smile all over her face. She is beautiful, pretty, excellent, quiet, caring, supportive, and helpful too. She is friendly. She is a gentle lady of middle age. Her personality is very amazing. She believes in simple living and high thinking. She is very punctual and follows discipline.

She always dresses up neatly in cotton sarees which is our school’s dress. She dresses up beautifully even in the winter with a matching sweater or jacket. She is simply good and charming.

Her behavior is very polite, never angry with petty matters. She is helpful. She never uses a harsh word for anybody. She is sweet-tempered. She doesn’t rebuke students and never beats anybody. She is very kind to poor people. She always helps them with food, clothes, and other. She is always smiling. I have never seen her with tears. 

She has command over her subject. Her voice is very sweet. She teaches very nicely. She makes you understand the subject with fun learning. She uses simple and proper ways to teach and show us beneficial things. We are more engaged in her class than in any other subject class.

There is a great amount of fun during her classes. She is also patient and easygoing when we are mischievous in class. She is very eager to teach and clears every one of our questions and problems whenever we ask questions in her classes. She even spends her time with us.

She teaches us at the break time too. She does not scold or beat us in the class unnecessarily. But when we do wrong, she trains us and teaches us to have good behavior. She is very caring towards weak or bad students and helps them in their studies even after class hours. We all like her very much and want her to be taking the classes for us always.

She has taught us so many things in the classroom. I have learned how much it is important to be punctual for class. She used to give us a large no of projects, which helped us improve our subject knowledge. She also gives us practical exercises, homework, and moral lessons in the classroom.

She guides and helps us in our difficult times and supports us when we are down. We enjoy attending her class. She also guides us during various school competitions and lets us know our real talents. She encourages everyone to take part in other curricular activities. She takes us outside for picnics and educational tours also.

She has a great interest in sports also. She is a good player in badminton, basketball and table tennis. She is always active and alert. She motivates students to take part in games. She believes our bodies will be healthy while taking part in such activities.

She has even knowledge of other subjects also. She is a source of inspiration to her colleagues as well. She has respect and love for the principal and the manager. She obeys them. She does everything in increasing the prestige of the school. She co-operates with other teachers in raising the result of the institution. She is even sometimes called a ‘walking encyclopedia’. 

I love and respect my teachers. I have a great concern for her. I considered her to be the best teacher at my school. Teachers like her are hard to find.
