Speech about Life

Good morning one and all present here. I am standing before you all to share my thoughts through my speech about life. Life is a continuous ongoing process that has to end someday. Life is all about adoring yourself, creating yourself. A quote for you that life can be only understood backward but it must be lived forwards. Life itself is a golden opportunity to live a meaningful life and support others to do so. It doesn’t matter how many years you live. But it matters how well you live a quality life.

The fear of death always threatens our lives. Every person has to face death sooner or later, but that doesn’t mean that it should discourage us from living life to the fullest or achieving our goals. A person is wise only when he/she is ready to meet destiny when it comes, but until that time enjoys every bit of it. It is a sense of readiness. It is a journey in everyone’s life wherein we have to cross the bridge of death to be able to wake up to a life eternal.

Human life – A very Precious Gift

Human life is truly a very precious gift. Each moment of human life carries us an opportunity, to act to develop and express our virtues. Every moment unlocks the path to us to receive blessings. This is the truth that life gives us both positive and negative situations. What is really important is how we react.

Life is the gift of God in the form of trust that we will make it meaningful in whatever we can. We are all unique individuals. No one is born like you and no one will ever be, so cherish your individuality. Many times, I come across people accusing God of things that they don’t have. They always cursing their lives. But, do they realize that this life itself is precious? If we make it worth living and work hard towards positivity.

Life is a Journey, not a Destination

Life is nothing but a journey with lessons, hardships, heartache and special moments. It will ultimately lead us to our destination, our purpose in life. The road will not always be a plane; in fact, throughout our travels, we will face many challenges.

These challenges will always test our courage, strengths, weaknesses, and faith. Along our way, we may encounter obstacles that will come between the paths and we are destined to take.

In order to be on the right path, we must overcome these obstacles. Sometimes these obstacles are really blessings in disguise, only we don’t understand that at the time. The secret of life is best known to those who are not attached to anything deeply so much.

Therefore, they remain out of touch with worries and shifting fortunes of their lives. They are the people who do not measure their lives in terms of materialistic possessions, but by measuring their lives in terms of people they cannot live without.

Lastly, I will conclude that we should make life worthwhile. It should be with the love of our family and friends that life can be made beautiful. Life can be more beautiful and purposeful by discharging our duties in our family, at work, society and the world at large.

Speech on Life for Students in English

Life is a precious gift. It is the sum of one's work, journey, dreams, joys, sorrows, successes, and battles for change. Life is more of a journey than a destination. It must be lived peacefully and happily. Seeking the meaning and purpose of life is the biggest search in the life of a man, and the questions about the meaning of human life are age-old. Life, however, still has some attractive elements, offering one a ray of hope and positivity, each passing day.

We have individuals, families, relatives, and friends who make our lives unique, worth living, and make us feel that our lives are special. Our lives are challenging, but those challenges are what make it worth living.

Short One Minute Speech On Life Is A Gift

God has given us the most precious gift; it is life. It is up to us how to use it. It depends on us, or it depends on our behavior. Therefore, this is a very relevant topic to be discussed in schools, universities, workplaces or public places. We are of course worried that our young people are now wasting their lives and time-consuming reckless behavior. Every day, we should thank God for giving us this life and another day to achieve our goals. No one is like you and will never be there, so cherish your uniqueness.

What surprises me is that I often hear people blaming God for what they don’t have and cursing their liveliness, but they do not know that their lives are valuable if they work hard to make it worthwhile. The value of life comes from such thinking. Only through the love of family and friends can life become better. We also make our lives more beautiful and fulfilling by completing our responsibilities in our family, work, community and the whole world.

Long and Short English Speech About Life for Students and Children

Long speech on life in english for students.

Good morning to all of you present here. Today, I am here to share my views on Life. Life is a continuous phase that will have to stop someday. It is all about building yourself and encouraging yourself. It is only possible to grasp life backward, so it must be lived forward. Life itself is a golden chance to inspire others while you live and also get inspired by others too. It is not the number of years you live but how well you live that matters. Our lives are still threatened by the fear of death. Sooner or later, every person has to face death, but that doesn't mean it should stop us from living life to the fullest or achieving our goals. An individual is only wise when he/she is ready to meet destiny when it comes, but he/she enjoys every little bit before that moment. Human life is an incredibly precious gift.

Every snapshot of human life provides us with an opportunity to act to build and connect. Every second opens the way for us to receive presents. The truth is that life presents us with both positive and negative situations. What is extremely important is the way we respond to it. No one, like you, is born into the universe, and no one will ever be, so honor your freedom. With lessons, struggles, heartache, and special moments, life is nothing but a journey. In the end, it will get us to our destination, our meaning in life. The road isn't always going to be a plane; in fact, we're going to face many challenges along our journeys.

Our bravery, talents, vulnerabilities, and confidence will always be checked by these challenges. We may meet obstacles along our way that will come between the paths, and we are doomed to take them. We must overcome these barriers to be on the right path. Perhaps these barriers are simply gifts in disguise, but at the moment we don't understand that. The secret of life is better understood by those who are not so intensely attached to something. The best way to cherish life is with our family and friends. Our family was the first set of people who were present since the beginning of our journey and nourished us.

Our friends are the people who chose us, out of several others, to care for and enjoy moments with. It is ultimately the affection we give and the affection we receive from our loved ones that makes life beautiful and joyous. I'll say, eventually, that we can make life worthwhile. That life can be made beautiful with the help of our family and friends. By discharging our duties in our families, at work, community and the world at large, life can be more beautiful and purposeful.

Short Speech About Life for Children

Good morning to all of you present here. Today I am here to deliver a Speech on Life. Life is valuable. It is a gift to you from God. It's so special that there's no one else like you on Earth.   Existence, again, is a chance. It is a chance for good to be achieved. Therefore, it does not matter how long you live; how well you live is all that counts. And how many lives you, with love and encouragement, will affect.

Another idea is that death still shadows life. Everybody has to face it. He or she is a wise man or woman who, when it comes, is prepared to meet death. The secret of life is, surprisingly, best revealed to those who are not bound by their possessions. They are unaffected by worry and life's changing fortunes. They are individuals who do not live by adding things to life, but by weighing their lives by things they can do without.

Life is stewardship above all. It is a belief that is entrusted to you. Such an understanding of life makes you keenly aware that for all the time, talent, treasure, and opportunity you are blessed with. It is this hope which makes living life worth it. And it's family and friendships nurtured in loving relationships that make life beautiful. By understanding one's role in one's family, or one's place of work, or society at large; and playing that role well, life is also made purposeful.

Life is a journey, not a destination

Life is not a destination, but it is a journey that involves lessons, hardships, and some special moments. It will take us to our final destination, our life's purpose. The road will not always be a plane; we will face numerous challenges throughout our journey.

These difficulties will always put our bravery, strengths, flaws, and faith to the test. Along the way, we may come across obstacles that stand in the way of the path we are meant to follow.

We must overcome these challenges to stay on the right path. Sometimes these roadblocks are blessings in disguise, but we do not realize it at the time. The secret of life is best understood by people who are not extremely connected to anything.

As a result, people are clueless about their worries and changing fortunes in life. They are those who do not measure their lives in terms of materialistic stuff, but rather in terms of the people they cannot live without.

Life is Beautiful

by Roberto Benigni

Life is beautiful themes, the schopenhauer method.

Arthur Schopenhauer was a German philosopher who lived in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. In his most famous work, The World as Will and Idea , he expresses the idea that the will is a universal and omnipresent force, not something that belongs to the individual. He holds that this will is more important than the rational mind, though it is also the root of all suffering.

The use of Schopenhauer's ideas in the film is puzzling for several reasons. Guido misinterprets Schopenhauer's stress on the importance of the will to mean that the force of will is sufficient to create actions and manipulate one's surroundings. In fact, Schopenhauer's view is that life is aimless and painful; the will creates unhappiness and should be nullified if possible. It is ironic, then, that Guido uses the Schopenhauer Method with idealism and hope; he uses it to make Dora look at him when he is wooing her, and he uses it to save his son from discovery and death in the concentration camp. Some critics say that Schopenhauer's philosophies were part of the inspiration for the fascist regime, which makes Guido's use of the Schopenhauer Method to fight against fascism a deeply ironic move.

Guido creates fictitious worlds for those around him. He calls Dora "princess" and claims to be a prince himself. Though they both know the truth, they both are more than willing to entertain the fantasy and play the game. In this way, Guido's fictions are a form of escapism, a way for him to cope with reality and imbue it with beauty.

Guido also cultivates a series of coincidences so that he can appear to have manipulated fate or performed magic. Though he knows that he is simply manipulating someone else, he is not reveling in the deception; he is interested in creating another world for someone else. This underscores the idea that a person's perception is intrinsic to his reality. Guido changes the way those around him perceive the world with his manipulations, and thus he affects how they deal with the rest of the world. When Guido rides up on a horse to rescue Dora, he is entertaining the fantasy of the knight rescuing the damsel in distress. However, he actually is rescuing her from her surroundings and actually is whisking her away on a horse. Similarly, when he tells Giosue that everything in the concentration camp is a game, he is creating a fiction to keep Giosue's spirits up. However, at the end of the film, Giosue has survived the concentration camp with perseverance and bravery, and his life and the lessons he has learned are very real. In Life is Beautiful , it appears, fantasy can become reality.

Guido is decidedly naive, or at least, he presents himself that way. When Ferruccio describes the Schopenhauer Method to him, he takes it very seriously and very literally, failing to understand that it is a state of mind and not a magic trick. This naivete is a form of innocence that often makes him seem incapable of understanding cruelty or evil in others. When his uncle Eliseo shows him that his horse has been painted wih the words "Jewish horse," he takes it as an annoying prank rather than an omen of violence and hostility. Guido's naivete belies his faith in the good of humanity.

Giosue has the innocence of a child, and Guido fights to preserve this innocence. The game he concocts for Giosue shields him from the uglier parts of human nature. In addition to protecting his son's life, Guido protects his son's innocence. In Life is Beautiful , innocence is an outlook, not something pure that can be tainted. Though the film spans several years, Guido never learns to drive, choosing to ride a bike instead. Guido understands the misdeeds that are being done to him by the fascist leaders of the concentration camp, but he prefers to maintain a positive outlook. Giosue is exposed to the same misdeeds, but Guido imposes his positive (albeit deliberately constructed) attitude on his son. Guido chooses to cherish innocence in himself and others because he loves humanity and refuses to become jaded by man's failings.

Silence marks both bravery and cowardice in the film. Uncle Eliseo illustrates the concept of silence as bravery: when confronted with unusual hostility, he reacts stoically. The first time he appears in the film, he has just been accosted by anti-Semitic "barbarians." When asked why he did not cry out, he explains that "sometimes silence is the best weapon." He goes about his daily life, barely acknowledging that he has just been attacked, instead focusing his attention on helping his nephew Guido settle in to his new accommodations. He views the impending dangers of fascism as a series of trials, and he tries to bear these burdens with grace.

Doctor Lessing is also silent about the treatment of the Jews, but this silence is less noble. As a ranking officer, he has considerable power in the Fascist party. His words bear weight, and his silence allows the Fascists to continue their actions without opposition. His refusal to help Guido condemns him. While he does not actually kill anyone, his inaction contributes to the evils already taking place. His silence is cowardly, and his decision not to oppose the Fascist party and their treatment of the Jews (among them his own friend Guido) amounts to implicit consent.

Guido loves solving puzzles, so riddles deeply appeal to him. He is particularly skilled at solving them, and Doctor Lessing comments that Guido is truly remarkable in this regard. This facility with riddles is a metaphor for how Guido deals with life. He loves to find solutions to difficult problems, and he is always looking for ways to charm or protect those around them with his quick, insightful mind.

When Doctor Lessing tells Guido a riddle at the dinner party, shattering Guido's belief that the doctor is going to help him and his family escape, the gravity of Guido's situation is contrasted with the inherently trivial nature of the riddle. Before the Holocaust, life was far simpler, and the "problems" with which people occupied themselves were of a far lighter sort, involving dramatically lower stakes. Riddles (or, perhaps, quotidian problems) seem surreal and silly in comparison to Guido's present situation.

Bravery is an ubiquitous theme throughout Life is Beautiful . The pressures of anti-Semitism, cruelty, and prejudice affect everyone in the film, and each character's reaction to these pressures is highly indicative of his or her personal beliefs and proclivities.

Dora is a paragon of bravery, and her dilemmas in the film mirror the dilemmas faced by countless inhabitants of Italy in the 1930s. At the beginning of the film, she finds herself trapped in a relationship with a man she does not love, surrounded by socialites who do not think or act like she does. She hates her surroundings but feels helpless to escape. When Guido comes along, however, she realizes that there is another option: following her heart. She bravely leaves the safety of her surroundings to be with her true love, and she becomes far happier for having done so. Dora's sense of being swept up by the inertia of her surroundings recalls how many Italians felt when the Fascists came to power. Dora does not like what is happening in her life, but she sees no viable alternative. Likewise, many Italians felt that opposing the government was impossibly difficult and dangerous. On the one hand, their silence amounted to consent; on the other hand, their silence could be interpreted as cowardice and a lack of bravery. When Guido sweeps in on a horse and rescues Dora, he shows that such bravery is possible and highly desirable; his act serves as an allegory for (and an endorsement of) opposition to the government.

A disaster such as the Holocaust is much more complicated than a natural disaster such as a hurricane. Natural disasters test an individual's bravery but are initiated in ways that normally are wholly external to humanity. The Holocaust, in contrast, was the direct result of individual choices and decisions (and most likely not the result of an impersonal Schopenhauer-like "will"). Whereas a natural disaster can be seen as a battle between society and nature, disasters such as the Holocaust pit society against itself. During the Holocaust, each person had to analyze the situation and decide whether or not to embrace society's new values. Bravery was tested along with personal allegiances and personal values. The conflicts that arose in the wake of these complex choices tested bravery even further. For example, a Nazi official with a Jewish uncle would have had to weigh his allegiance to his state against his allegiance to his family, and the question of how to be "brave" would not have a simple answer. An Italian-Jewish farmer who owned land in Italy would have had to decide whether to flee the country or keep the land that had been in his family for ages, weighing his love for his home against his instinct for survival. Perhaps "bravery" provides too simple a scale on which to weigh the decisions of those involved in such a complicated matter. Humanity, idealism, individuality, and willpower are pertinent factors, and sometimes "doing the right thing" is not so simple as being brave or courageous in the face of risk. Brave actions depend on a host of intellectual, practical, and theological virtues.

Coincidence

Guido continually attempts to give the impression that he can alter the course of fate. He woos Dora by manipulating his surroundings, making it seem as though he is creating miracles when in reality he is simply deftly orchestrating a series of coincidences. For instance, when he and Dora are discussing the metaphorical "key to her heart," he guides her to a spot below a window and calls out to "Maria" for "the key," knowing full well that a woman named Maria lives in the apartment above and is in the habit of throwing the key down to her husband whenever he yells her name. Guido pretends that he is calling out to the Biblical Mary, thereby creating a lovely fiction to surprise and entertain his beloved. While Dora surely suspects that something has been forethought, the elaborate ruse is undeniably charming. In this sense, a coincidence is a planned convergence of events.

Guido also uses coincidence to control his surroundings. He perhaps has an unusual degree of need to feel a sense of control in an anti-Semitic era. Life is Beautiful also uses coincidence to show that the things that cannot be controlled are not always negative; sometimes, such events are quite magical in their own right. Though Guido masterfully controls coincidences to great ends, he of course is limited by his actual surroundings. For example, he is the one taken by surprise when Dora falls out of a barn into his arms, even though her having done so supports the story he has been telling to a little girl about being a prince and looking for a princess. The coincidence lends a happy ending to his story, but he had no part in it. Also, at the very end, a real tank picks up Giosue and takes him out of the concentration camp. Guido could not possibly have foreseen or controlled this lucky event. By pure coincidence, Giosue's dreams came true and Guido's game was completed. Coincidences such as these imply that there is some divine force working to control life--is it somehow a kind of anti-Schopenhauer "will" that creates happiness instead of unhappines? Individuals can take part in controlling their destinies, but they cannot control everything --yet, it often seems that something is doing so.

Speech on Life | Motivational Speech about Life & its Importance

Good Morning Friends – How you all are doing? I would like to welcome you all to today’s speech ceremony. The topic has been selected by our committee, that is about Life. Probably many of us have asked ourselves this question from time to time.  This is an eternal question that we all try to answer in our baffling universe. We must ask the question ‘What does life actually mean?’ The truth is that we all deserve a fair and decent job, no matter where we come from, how much we earn, etc.

I believe that life’s true meaning can be summarized in the word Service to others.  Dalai Lama explained to his followers in the following passage the true meaning of life: “We are guests on this planet. We are here for ninety or one hundred years at the very most.

. You must do something good, something useful with your life during that period. Once you are contributing to the happiness of others, you have found the true meaning of life.”

It is inspiring to take inspiration from this philosophy because it offers immense satisfaction to the needy. True joy is found in serving God and humanity, rest is illusory. A life lived for one’s own self-interests is not a life at all. Nevertheless, I would like to say that doing your Karma and fulfilling your roles and responsibilities is important. A person must work hard and achieve goals if they have hefty packages, a great social standing and materialistic desires.

You just have to find the right balance between your own personal desires and acts of philanthropy. We do not expect you to give away all of your fortune to those in need, but we should at least develop empathy and compassion for others. Only then will the world become a safe space to dwell in if we stop continuously treating it as a battlefield and life as a battle in itself. Only then will we be able to share the message of peace and harmony throughout the world. You may not see the meaning of life until this point; you can then retreat, contemplate, and look within yourself. You will find peace and a sense of direction if you repeat this exercise.

Determine what brings you happiness in life and work on achieving it. If there is anything that makes your soul sad, you should get rid of it. With that, I would like to conclude my speech. Find your passion and pursue it; we only live once. Thank you everyone for listening to me patiently!

5 Minutes Speech on Life & its Challenges

I wish you a happy day , dear friends! I will speak today about ‘Life’. You never know what will happen next in life. Everybody wants to have a happy life and to live it to the fullest. Many people aspire to a successful career, a flourishing business, a healthy lifestyle , and so on. The best way to build a family and make friends is to choose those who can stand by you through thick and thin.

Life offers us all sorts of material possessions, but we wish that all our problems would just disappear. We all want a fulfilling life, and this could take many forms. People define their lives in different ways, for example, one person may have 3 course meals every day and another person has just a roof over their head.  It could also be having a large home or a lot of money in a bank.

In the current times, priorities are shifting, as are people’s needs. Due to high-paying jobs and increasing materialistic desires, stress levels are also increasing. People are facing serious medical conditions because of increased levels of stress, making them unable to cope with the challenges life throws their way. In turn, suicide rates and early deaths are on the rise. Therefore, stress-free living is what everyone wishes for. It is the basic human desire.

It cripples the soul when one has to put up with constant struggle and resistance. Such people become detached from life as a result. As a result, they become exhausted and feel as if they are running a marathon continuously. Afterwards, you cannot handle life anymore. Reality and our lives are also shaped by our perception. No matter how hard things may get, those with sheer will power and perseverance overcome challenges and hurdles.

There is absolutely no such thing as a cake walk in life, and it’s quite normal to become discouraged and broken. However, it is important to persevere against all odds and keep doing your best because it is clear that giving up is not an option and constant effort will certainly take you somewhere and take you closer to your goals.

In order to lead a successful life, one must have faith in oneself and never give in to testing situations. Only those who put all their efforts into pursuing their dreams will reap the benefits of their labor. Get into the chaos and embrace it happily. If life is difficult, then prove that you are also difficult and then success will surely touch your feet. This is all I have to say, thank you everyone!

Short One Minute Speech on Life is a Gift

In short, life is the most precious gift that God has given to us, and it’s up to us how we wish to use it. It’s either up to us or it’s down to us based on our actions. As such, it’s a very relevant topic to discuss in school, college, the workplace or in public. We are of course concerned about the recklessness with which our youth are wasting their lives and whiling away their time these days.

Every single day we should be grateful to God for giving us this life and another day to achieve our goals. There is no one like you, and there never will be, so cherish your uniqueness. It surprises me how often I hear people blame God for things they don’t have and curse their liveliness, but they have no idea how valuable their lives are if they work hard to make them worthwhile.

The value of life comes from this thinking, and it is through the love of family and friends that life can be made beautiful. We also make our lives more beautiful and fulfilling by discharging our duties in our families, at work, in our communities, and in the world at large.

Speech on Life is Beautiful For Students

Good morning everyone – how are you? Let’s make today a special class by not discussing your syllabus or exams, but by discussing a topic everyone can relate to, namely… That’s life.  How do you define life? What does life mean to you?

Every day, we have the opportunity to live a meaningful life and support others in doing so. The length of your life doesn’t matter; the quality of your life matters. I would also like to acknowledge how many lives you have touched through your encouragement and love.

We all live in fear of death. Death is inevitable for everyone, but that doesn’t mean it should stop us from living our lives to the fullest or achieving our goals. The wise person is the one who is prepared to meet the end when it comes, but enjoys every moment until then. It is a feeling of preparedness. To be able to wake up to a life eternal, every individual must go through the bridge of death in their lives.

Even if you don’t believe it, the secret of life is best known by those who are not attached to anything deeply to the extent that they remain untainted by worries or shifting fortunes. Those who measure their lives in terms of people who cannot be lived without, rather than material possessions, are considered to be the real living.

The gift of life, which is given to us by God in the form of trust that we will make it meaningful in whatever way we can, is also about stewardship. As long as we keep this in the back of our minds, we will never forget that we are responsible for the opportunities, the treasures, and the talents he has given us.

This is in line with the teachings of Jesus, who stated, “Man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment.” Likewise, good deeds will definitely be rewarded in this world, and that evil which takes place will be put right.

Al pacino any given Sunday Speech:

Al Pacino’s speech in the movie “Any Given Sunday” is a powerful and inspiring monologue that has become iconic over the years. It is a rallying cry for those who are faced with struggles and adversity, urging them to never give up and always fight for what they believe in.

The speech begins with Pacino’s character, Tony D’Amato, sitting in a locker room surrounded by his football team. He starts off with a quote from the legendary coach Vince Lombardi, “Today, I want to talk to you about being inches.” This sets the tone for the rest of the speech, emphasizing the importance of every little effort and inch towards achieving greatness.

Throughout the speech, Pacino’s character talks about how life is a game of inches, how the margin for error is so small that any little mistake can make all the difference. He goes on to say that in football and in life, we have to fight for every inch, because that’s what ultimately separates the winners from the losers.

But it’s not just about fighting for yourself, as D’Amato says in his speech, “The team with the best individual players will win every time, but the team with the best heart and commitment to each other, that’s who wins when you add up all those inches.” He stresses the importance of teamwork and camaraderie, and how together, we can achieve more than we ever could alone.

Pacino’s character also touches on the subject of fear, and how it can hold us back from reaching our full potential. He encourages his team to face their fears head on, and not let them control or limit their actions.

The most famous line of the speech comes towards the end, when D’Amato declares, “In either game – life or football – the margin for error is so small. I mean one half a step too late or too early and you don’t quite make it. One half second too slow, too fast and you don’t quite catch it.” This line resonates with the audience, as it highlights the fine line between success and failure.

In conclusion, Al Pacino’s “Any Given Sunday” speech is a powerful reminder to never give up, always fight for what we believe in, and to never underestimate the importance of teamwork and perseverance. It’s a testament to the human spirit and our ability to overcome any obstacles that come our way.

So next time you’re faced with adversity, remember D’Amato’s words: “The inches we need are everywhere around us.” So keep fighting for those inches, because they could be the difference between winning and losing, in football and in life. So go out there and give it your all – because every inch counts.

Speeches about Life Lessons:

As humans, we are constantly learning and growing throughout our lives. Along the way, we encounter many experiences that shape us into who we are today. Some of these experiences may be positive while others may be challenging and difficult. However, there is always something to be learned from each and every one of them.

Life lessons can come in various forms – through relationships, career, health, or even from strangers we meet along the way. They are valuable insights that help us navigate through life and make better decisions for ourselves. In this speech, I would like to share with you some of the most important life lessons I have learned throughout my own journey.

Firstly, let’s talk about relationships. Whether it’s romantic, family or friendships, relationships play a key role in our lives. One of the most important lessons I have learned is that communication is the foundation of any healthy relationship. It’s important to express our thoughts and feelings openly and honestly, while also being mindful of how we communicate. This leads me to my next lesson – empathy. Putting yourself in someone else’s shoes allows us to better understand their perspective and truly connect with them. Empathy is a crucial element in building and maintaining meaningful relationships.

Next, let’s dive into career-related life lessons. One of the biggest lessons I have learned is to never stop learning. We live in a constantly evolving world where technology and industries are rapidly changing. In order to stay relevant and be successful in our careers, we must continuously seek knowledge and be adaptable to change. Additionally, it’s important to have a growth mindset – embracing challenges and failures as opportunities for learning and growth.

On the topic of health, I have learned that it is truly our greatest wealth. Without good health, we cannot fully enjoy all the other aspects of our lives. Taking care of ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally should be a top priority. This includes getting enough rest, exercise, and nourishing our bodies with healthy food.

Lastly, I would like to touch on the importance of being open to learning from others. We often limit ourselves by only seeking knowledge and advice from those who are similar to us or in positions of authority. However, people from different backgrounds and experiences can offer valuable insights that we may not have considered before. Keeping an open mind and being willing to learn from anyone can lead us to new perspectives and opportunities for growth.

In conclusion, life is a continuous journey of learning and growing. Through relationships, career, health, and being open to new experiences, we can gain valuable life lessons that shape us into better individuals.

Motivational Speech for Juniors:

Welcome junior students,

I hope this message finds you well. As we all know, being a junior in high school can be challenging and overwhelming at times. You are caught between the excitement of growing up and the pressure of making important decisions for your future.

But let me tell you something, you are in one of the most exciting phases of your life. This is the time when you get to experience new things, discover your passions, and shape yourself into the person you want to be.

I know it’s not easy. You have to balance schoolwork, extracurricular activities, social life, and family obligations. But let me tell you a secret – the key to success is not just working hard, but also finding joy in what you do.

Yes, it’s important to study and excel in your academics, but don’t forget to make time for the things that truly make you happy. Whether it’s playing a sport, painting, writing, or simply spending time with your loved ones.

You see, life is not just about achieving goals and meeting expectations. It’s about enjoying the journey and finding fulfillment in the little moments. And trust me, those little moments will be the ones that you’ll remember the most.

So my advice to you is this – don’t let anyone else’s expectations define your journey. You have the power to create your own path and live a life that brings you happiness and satisfaction.

And when things get tough, remember that challenges are a part of life. They make us stronger, wiser, and more resilient. So don’t be afraid to take risks, make mistakes, and learn from them.

In the end, it’s not about reaching a certain destination, but rather about who you become along the way. I believe in each and every one of you, and I can’t wait to see the amazing things you’ll accomplish.

So keep your heads up high, and always remember that you are capable, you are talented, and you are destined for greatness. Thank you for listening, and I wish you all the best in your journey ahead. Let’s make it a memorable one!

Speech About Life Goals:

Hello everyone,

I am honored to be standing here today to share my thoughts with you on something that is dear to all of us – life goals. In our fast-paced and ever-changing world, it’s important for us to have a sense of direction and purpose in our lives. Life goals give us this sense of direction and help us stay focused on what truly matters.

Importance of Life Goals

Why are life goals important, you may ask? Well, let me tell you. Having clear and specific life goals helps us prioritize our actions and make better decisions in our daily lives. Without them, we may feel lost or directionless, constantly chasing after the next thing without a clear purpose.

Moreover, life goals give us a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction when we achieve them. They provide a sense of accomplishment and motivate us to keep striving for even greater things in life.

Types of Life Goals

Life goals can vary greatly from person to person, as we all have our own unique desires and aspirations. However, they can generally be categorized into three main types: personal, professional, and social.

Personal goals are focused on self-improvement and can include things like learning a new skill, traveling to a certain destination, or improving personal relationships. Professional goals pertain to our career and can involve things like getting a promotion or starting our own business. Social goals revolve around making a positive impact in the world and can include volunteering, raising awareness for a cause, or helping those in need.

Creating Life Goals

Now that we understand the importance of life goals and the different types, how do we go about creating them? The key is to make sure our goals are SMART – specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. This ensures that our goals are realistic and have a clear plan of action. Additionally, it’s important to regularly review and adjust our goals as we grow and change throughout life.

Overcoming Obstacles

Of course, setting life goals is the easy part – achieving them is where the real challenge lies. Along the way, we may face obstacles that hinder our progress or make us doubt ourselves. But remember, challenges are a natural part of life and they only make us stronger. It’s important to stay resilient and have a positive mindset when facing challenges, as they can often lead us to new opportunities and growth.

In conclusion, life goals are an essential part of our journey in this world. They give us direction, motivation, and a sense of fulfillment. So take the time to reflect on your own personal, professional, and social goals and start working towards them today. Remember to stay focused, persistent, and adaptable, as you never know what amazing things you can achieve when you have a clear purpose in life. Thank you.

Beautiful Speech About Life:

Life, what a beautiful concept. It is truly amazing how we are all given this gift of existence, and yet it is something that can often be taken for granted. We get so caught up in the daily hustle and bustle of life that we forget to stop and appreciate the simple fact that we are alive.

But life isn’t just about existing, it’s about living. It’s about embracing every moment, both the good and the bad, and finding joy in the journey. This is something that can be difficult to remember when faced with challenges or hardships, but it is during these times that we truly learn and grow.

Life also teaches us valuable lessons along the way. We experience love, heartbreak, success, failure, happiness, and sadness. Each of these moments shapes us into who we are and teaches us valuable lessons about ourselves and the world around us.

And let’s not forget about the people in our lives. They are what make life truly beautiful. Our friends, family, partners, and even strangers that we meet along the way all play a role in shaping our journey. We learn from them, we laugh with them, and we share unforgettable moments with them.

So let’s take a moment to appreciate this beautiful gift of life. Let’s cherish each day and make the most out of every moment. Let’s learn from our experiences and the people around us, and let’s never forget to spread love and kindness wherever we go.

Life is truly a precious thing, and we should never take it for granted. Let’s make the most out of this journey, and create a life that we can look back on with no regrets. Thank you for listening to my short speech about life. Now go out there and live it to the fullest!

2 Minutes Speech About Life:

Hello Everyone! Today, I want to take a few minutes to talk about something that is essential to all of us – Life. Life is beautiful and fragile at the same time. It is what makes us human beings. We are born, we grow up, we learn, we experience and eventually one day, we leave this world. But in between those two lines lies the journey of life, and it is what we make of it that truly matters.

As someone who has lived for a few decades now, I have come to understand that life is not easy. It throws challenges at us, makes us face hardships, but most importantly, it gives us opportunities. Opportunities to learn, to grow and to become better versions of ourselves. No matter how many times you may fall, the key is to always get back up and keep moving forward.

Life is all about making choices. Sometimes we choose the right path and sometimes we make mistakes. But every decision that we make shapes our life in one way or another. And that’s what makes it so unpredictable and exciting at the same time. We never know what each day will bring us; but it’s up to us to make the most of it.

One thing that I have learned over the years is that life is not just about our own journey, but also about the people we meet along the way. They become a part of our story and play important roles in shaping who we are. It’s essential to cherish these relationships, nurture them, and be grateful for the people that come into our lives.

Another aspect of life that I want to touch upon is personal growth. Life is a continuous process of learning, and it’s up to us to keep growing through every experience. Whether it’s trying new things, stepping out of our comfort zone or pushing ourselves beyond our limits – these are the moments that define us and make our life worth living.

But amidst all the chaos and hustle of life, it’s essential to take a step back and appreciate the little things. The beauty of nature, laughter of loved ones or simply the joy of being alive – these are the moments that fill our hearts with warmth and make this journey worthwhile.

In conclusion, life is an amazing adventure filled with twists and turns, ups and downs, happiness and sadness. It’s up to us how we navigate through it and make the most of every moment. So let’s embrace this gift of life, learn from our experiences, cherish our relationships and keep growing every day. Thank you!

3 Minutes Speech about Life:

Hello Everyone!

Today, I would like to share a few thoughts on life – the one precious gift that we all have received. As cliché as it may sound, life truly is a blessing. It is what makes us who we are and gives us the opportunity to experience this world in all its beauty.

Life is unpredictable, full of ups and downs, twists and turns. But isn’t that what makes it exciting? The uncertainties, the challenges, and the triumphs – everything adds to the richness of our lives. It is like a rollercoaster ride, with its highs and lows, but we must embrace every moment of it.

One thing we often forget in the hustle and bustle of everyday life is to appreciate the present moment. We are always chasing the future or dwelling in the past, forgetting to live in the present. But let me tell you, life is happening right now, at this very moment. So let’s cherish it and make the most of it.

Life also teaches us valuable lessons – some through hardships and others through joyous moments. It is during these times that we discover our strength, resilience, and the power to overcome any obstacle. So let’s not shy away from challenges, but face them with determination.

Moreover, life is all about connections – the people we meet, the relationships we form, and the memories we create. It is these connections that make our lives meaningful and worth living. So let’s cherish our loved ones and spread love and kindness wherever we go.

In the end, life is a precious gift that we must never take for granted. Let’s make the most of it by being grateful, living in the present, and spreading love and positivity. As the famous quote goes, “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away.” So let’s make every moment count and live our lives to the fullest. Thank you.

Speech about Life in the Future:

Welcome everyone,

Today, I want to talk to you about a topic that has been on my mind for a while now – the future. Specifically, I want to discuss what life could look like in the future, and how we can prepare ourselves for it.

As we all know, the world is constantly changing and evolving. With advancements in technology, medicine, and science, our lives have transformed drastically over the years. Just think about it – smartphones, electric cars, virtual reality – these were only a dream just a few decades ago, and now they are an integral part of our daily lives.

So, what does this mean for the future? Well, it means that our world is going to change even more dramatically in the years to come. And with these changes, we can expect our way of living to be significantly different as well.

One of the biggest changes I foresee is the increased use of technology in our everyday lives. Just look at how much we rely on technology now – from online shopping and banking to social media and communication, it has become deeply ingrained in our routines. And I believe this trend will only continue, with technology becoming even more integrated into every aspect of our lives.

But while this may seem like an exciting and convenient future, there are also concerns about how it will affect our privacy and security. With the rise of automation and artificial intelligence, there is a genuine fear that jobs may become obsolete and humans will be replaced by machines.

However, I believe that with every challenge comes an opportunity. While some jobs may indeed become automated, new career paths in technology and science will emerge, creating possibilities we never thought possible. And with the advancements in medicine, we can also expect to live longer and healthier lives.

But amidst all these changes, one thing will remain constant – us humans. Our values, emotions, and relationships will still be a crucial aspect of our lives. While technology may connect us globally, it is important not to forget the importance of face-to-face interactions and building genuine connections with one another.

So, my message to you today is this – embrace the future with an open mind. Instead of fearing the unknown, let’s prepare ourselves for it by staying informed and adapting to new technologies and lifestyles. And most importantly, let’s not forget the essence of what makes us human – our ability to empathize, connect, and create meaningful relationships.

Speech about Life Experiences:

Life. It’s a journey filled with ups and downs, twists and turns, joy and sorrow. Each one of us has our own unique experiences that shape who we are today. And in this speech, I want to share some of my own life experiences with you.

Growing up, I was always a shy and introverted child. I struggled to make friends and often felt like I didn’t fit in. But as I entered my teenage years, I discovered my passion for music and it helped me come out of my shell. I joined a band and for the first time, I felt like I belonged somewhere.

However, life has a way of throwing unexpected curveballs. During college, I lost my father to a sudden illness. It was a devastating experience that taught me the fragility of life and to cherish every moment with loved ones.

But even in the darkest of times, there is always a glimmer of hope. I found solace in writing and it became my outlet for processing my emotions.

After college, I took a leap of faith and moved to a new city for a job opportunity. It was a scary and exhilarating experience, but it taught me to be independent and resilient.

And most recently, I became a parent. This has been the biggest life experience for me as it has challenged me in ways I never thought possible. But it has also brought immeasurable joy and love into my life.

Life is a journey of continuous growth and learning. And through all the highs and lows, I have come to understand that it’s not about the destination, but rather the lessons and experiences we gain along the way. So embrace your own life experiences, for they are what make you uniquely you. Thank you

Speech about Life after Matric:

Good morning everyone, I hope you all are doing well. Today, I have been given the opportunity to share my thoughts on a topic that is very close to every student’s heart – life after matric.

As we all know, matriculation is an important milestone in our academic journey. It marks the end of our high school years and the beginning of a new chapter in our lives. The thought of leaving behind the familiar surroundings of school and embarking on a new journey can be both exciting and daunting at the same time.

For most of us, this is the first time we will be making important decisions that will shape our future. We are bombarded with questions from family, friends, and even ourselves – What career path should I choose? Which university should I apply to? Should I take a gap year?

But, let me tell you something – it’s okay to not have all the answers right now. It’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed and unsure about your future. Sometimes, we need to take a step back and evaluate our options before making any decisions.

However, one thing is for sure – life after matric is full of opportunities. It’s a chance for us to explore our interests, discover new passions and pave our own path towards success.

Some of you may choose to further your studies at a university or college, while others may opt for vocational training or enter the workforce directly. No matter which path you choose, it’s important to remember that there is no right or wrong way to go about it.

One of the biggest misconceptions about life after matric is that success can only be measured by academic achievements. But, let me assure you, success comes in many forms and each person’s journey is unique. Don’t let anyone else’s expectations dictate your future.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, life after matric is a time of growth, discovery and endless possibilities. It’s a time to embrace change, learn from our mistakes and make the most out of every opportunity that comes our way. My advice to all of you is to follow your heart, trust in yourself and enjoy this new chapter in your life. Thank you for listening.

Life is like a trust entrusted to you. It gives you the hope to keep moving. It is like the faith in God, as we all understand that we are answerable to Him for our deeds.

Life is a journey full of ups and downs. It leads us to paths full of happiness, challenges, lessons, hardship, and special moments. We all need to keep in mind that life will not always be easy; it will have a few things to test us or challenge us. We need to accept all those and keep moving on our way. We all must know that it is the only life we got; we must ensure that we do the right things. I would like to conclude my speech with this beautiful quote:

“You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.”

25 reasons why life is beautiful and worth living.

Whatever you think about it, life is beautiful. Even after things fall apart. Regardless of how things fall back together. You were given life. Don’t miss out on this chance. Read these words to help you honor the beauty inherent in every experience. That’s how you turn metal into gold, rubble into treasure, dark into light, pain into healing.

1. Life is colorful. This isn’t a black-and-white movie. This is a vibrant, full-resolution, widescreen experience. How amazing is it that we’re here, together, for this brief sliver of eternity, to experience life from this angle, through these eyes and hands?

2. You have a say in how much love you feel. You get to choose how you experience your experiences. This internal freedom is something that no one and nothing can take away from you without your permission.

3. You determine your “why.” You get to make your life a meaningful mission, and you get to choose what that means for you. The purpose of your life is to live according to YOU.

4. We’re all very different expressions of life. This keeps life on earth interesting and expansive. There really is no limit to what’s possible. You bring something different to the world just by being who you are.

5. There are beautiful people everywhere. Their hearts are so big they inspire goodness in the people around them. You might not see them on the news tonight, but there are more compassionate, caring individuals than there are otherwise. Otherwise, we wouldn’t still be here.

6. You’re a creative being.  You’re human. You’re a living creature with the power to create what was once only a thought. You create new life, art, a home, new thoughts, and a new reality every time you think and act.

“You were given life; it is your duty (and also your entitlement as a human being) to find something beautiful within it, no matter how slight.” – Liz Gilbert

7. There’s a lot to see when you look up. You can always count on sunshine or starry skies, rolling clouds or distant planets, beautiful chaos, or birds taking flight. There are lessons written all over the earth, all across the sky.

8. Energy doesn’t die.

9. No matter how long the winter, spring always follows. Random things happen every day. You have little control over the workings of the universe, but you can count on the seasons to change… all the way back into themselves.

10. No matter the physical distance between you, you have ways of communicating with the people you love. You live in an amazing time in history. You can see the people you love smile, hear them laugh, ask about their life even when they’re on the other side of the planet.

11. There’s more to life than what meets the eye. Even when you can’t see it, the sun is always burning and the stars are always shining. The world is spinning and you’re grounded on the earth. Crystals are hiding in ordinary stones. Bulbs are waiting in frozen ground for spring.

12. It’s always the present moment. You’re always right here, right now. Everything is contained here, now. Even the past. Even the future. And you’re part of everything.

You don't need to chase the extraordinary for beauty. You need to show up fully, here.

13. Your imagination is infinite.  Your mind can be an amazing place. You can travel to places (back in time, to the future, somewhere you’ve never seen) without stepping physical foot in them. There are no limits to what you can dream.

14. Everyone is capable of being loved. Even strangers are capable of loving each other. We don’t need to be in an intimate relationship to reach out and touch a heart.

15. People fall in love.

16. Laughter is contagious. Smiling is contagious, too. Love turns what’s not love into love. Darkness that is brought to the light is transformed by the light into light. Appreciation gives us more to appreciate.

17. This too shall pass.  Things are always changing. This gives hope during the dark times and appreciation during the bright times, and presence during both.

18. A small gesture can change the course of a life. Something as tiny as a comment or a hug can lift your spirits and change the way you go about your day. Little things make a big difference.

19. You live on a planet that supplies you with life energy. You have the materials to experience life. You were brought here by this energy, you’re sustained by it, and it’ll carry on for as long as forever.

To live at all is the greatest miracle of all.

20. A thought can be changed. You’re not stuck with a certain set of beliefs for the rest of your life. You’re free to practice new thought patterns at any time. You’re allowed to be new.

21.   We see reflections of ourselves in others. As the poet Rumi put it, “The beauty you see in me is a reflection of you.” We’re mirrors for each other. This is why it’s helpful to go hand in hand.

22. Nature is abundant with her lessons.  Summer is a time to play. Autumn shows you how graceful change can be. Winter restores you. Spring promises new life and, with it, new hope.

23. You can learn something new every day. The universe is that expansive. You contribute to that expansion every day, even if you don’t mean to. Contributing on purpose, though, makes life feel that much richer.

24. You’re not alone. There’s always someone, somewhere, at some point in time who knows exactly how you feel and is acutely familiar with your pain. You’re understood . You’re not the only one who has ever felt this… life just isn’t that narrow.

25. You’re healing. When you’re injured, depleted, or heartbroken, you can rise again. You might never be the same person, but you’re given another chance over and over again to live. That’s a beautiful thing.

Read these words to help you honor the beauty inherent in every experience. That’s how you turn metal into gold, rubble into treasure, dark into light, pain into healing.

I do not know if life is beautiful but there are beautiful moments in it. I have been divorced for three years and I have had some beautiful moments thanks to my family and friends. My daughter helps me in my healing journey every day. That is also beautiful.

Life is never easy, never supposed to be! The number one thing we are all working on everyday is getting out of our own way. FEAR! Fear of trying something NEW, fear of being WRONG, fear of not being accepted or liked. The battle is ongoing in our brain, in our life, between Good & Bad – Busy & Lazy – Smart & Stupid – Creative & Boring. Good Angel vs Bad Angel. We all start with baby steps. We all go home at night to recuperate and revive our resources so we can engage in the “Fine Fight of Life” another day. I hope the very best for you. xoxo Lynda

Dear Jennifer,

What a lovely post, essay! I was browsing this morning’s newspaper and in particular an article about someone who was taught by their parents how to pray their evening prayer to God. OMGoodness! I thought, I should do this! I Googled,"reasons why life is beautiful’ and your lovely list popped up! I am forever entranced with our earth, our universe and truly believe gratitude is a great place to be. Thank you so much! Lynda Louden

I disagree with all of these. Life is not as great as people make it sound. While these might be for some people not all of us get this.

life is so beautiful

✍ Dear Jennifer,

It’s truly heart warming and soul touching to read the “25 Reasons Why Life Is Beautiful and Worth Living”. Believe me, I have read it more than 25 times!.

I wish you too a ‘Beautiful Life and a Worthy Living’.

Thanks & Regards 👍

Lovely thoughts…

..yet as a Finn (depressed and tired one) the number 10 made me actually really laugh aloud. Isolated beings such as I – there are no people I truly “love”, maybe the reason to be depressed. Really – I have lived with my GF now 25 years. So there is one to hug, but moved with her 3-4 times to new places.

Parents, gone. Brothers – never loved, rather been hurt. I have not made no new friends after first two moves, but have bosses and colleagues, first at Uni and after that at work. Childhood friends, tried to reach out at some point – one answered, this one told that others do not want to meet. Lovely.

Makes difficult to “love” people, and celebrity crush probably do not count here much. So:

10. No matter the physical distance between you, you have ways of communicating with the people you love.

But yes – agreed; people or person, that is just semantics…

p.s. Rope friction should be lessened with some lube or something – otherwise there can be complications, as far as I know (things can fail)

p.p.s I see David above shares some of the enthusiasm I have currently… makes me wonder, as I’m only at the half way post with age, if I could really do something… or what it would take to make that change…

David this is the first time a come across a post like this I was reading your comment and I can’t help to notice that you’re wrong even though I don’t know you at all I can tell how good your energy is even tho life hasn’t been fair to you we need more people like you on this world I need friends like you in my life keep your head up and if you ever need anyone to talk to I’m here

Sometimes I find myself in severe depressed moments that are too dark and scary AH. I try to save myself by listening to soothing music and falling asleep; I’m so happy I landed on your page now!

Life is indeed beautiful….

Hmm.. Thanx… Whatsoever.. Time is Magician.. You have get cuts.. but it will teach you lessons..making you stronger.. thus at last somehow it heals.. but you must have the eyes to see beautiful when your mind force you to think all rubbish. Life has different colours.. shades between being happy and sad. But indeed it’s Beautiful!!:)

— Ms. Monika Malviya Jaiswal

life is certainly beautiful.

David, you have been through a LOT in your lifetime. I am sorry for all the pain and suffering and struggle you’ve had to find your way through. I don’t for a second think that everything I write or share will resonate with everyone who reads it, but still I share if it might touch one person, and help me heal, see the beauty that’s still left around me, or keep on trying when I feel like giving up. (Which I do still, sometimes.) We do what we can, one day at a time. And while it’s not always beautiful, in a way it can be a gift, even if it’s just the gift of another chance to see things differently. Wishing you small moments of peace that carry you through this, too, even if it’s just a thought or a breath or view that brings you that peace. <3

— Jennifer Williamson

Thank you. I needed some encouragement.

I have non of the above From the beginning of my life I was never hugged, Everyone I met while growing up just wanted to beat me up, MY education was not the best because others wanted me beaten, I was scared in school, and I kept thinking wrong thoughts, possibly from fear. The same when I worked, No one like me, because I worked hard, and even one of my bosses did not appreciate me even though I did not make any mistakes and was a hard worker, My spouse never hugged me or took any interest in me, 34 years of unhappiness, So I gave her everything I had worked for and walked away with barely the shirt on my back I moved to a quiet place with no neighbours around for over 2 miles, I’m 78 and rarely get any visitors, The government allowed seismic testing just outside my property lines, and this roughly 4 years later caused my basement to flood spring and summer during rainy season, No lawyer would take my case and I had no funds to pay them. (The previous owners said my basement never flooded) Now I live in a house by myself where the air is not the best and it gives me lots of allergy problems, where my sinuses plug often and I get headaches from this, and have to take T 3’s for the pain, I also take lorazepam for stress. The cost of maintenance on this shack I bought, takes from my meager pension, not allowing me to travel even to visit, which I rarely want to do, It prevents me from doing the things I loved to do, which I can no longer pay to do, 20 + years here, when if this had not happened, I would have finished remodelling and sold it and moved to a better location, Now I stay home and play experimenting with my few tools I have, thinking some day maybe. But you tell me why I should have been born? I have no reason to see friends, I have no loved ones that really care maybe except one, I may see every few years for only a few minutes, to a day and then they are gone, Have I regrets ? Yes, I was born for no reason for anyone to love, Besides me, How many others are there in the same situation, that are kind and care about others, There is nothing you ca say or do that will help,

Thank you for this, it made me happy a little bit. Maybe there’s not enough light for me now, but it is enough to beat the darkness. I want to tell everyone who is reading this that you are not alone at being alone, you’ll do it, you are strong. Keep fighting <3

LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL!

Favorite Quote: "You ONLY LIVE ONCE" "RUMORS ARE SPREADED BY HATERS, CARRIED BY FOOLS AND ACCEPTED BY IDIOTS!" "EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL"

Life is beautiful, but not always. It has lots of problems you have to face everyday. Don't worry though! All these problems make you strong, it gives you courage to stand alone in future. Life is full of moments of joy, pleasure, success and comfort punctuated by misery, defeat, failures and problems. There is no human being on Earth, strong, powerful, wise or rich, who has not experienced, struggle, suffering or failure. You have to work hard to reach to the highest position. Life is full of paths, you just have to choose the right one. Life is interesting and amazing like the stars up in the skies. With no doubt, Life is beautiful and full of celebrations. However you should always be ready to face adversity and challenges. There are difficult situations in life as well.Be careful!! You might get hurt too hard. Life is sometimes too selfish to think about yourself. Then life is too hard to handle. Falling in love! People tend to fall in love nowadays but i personally think the right time has to come... You might also get hurt in Love. You might be broken-hearted as the people say. Life is the place where people treat everyone differently, racism exists as well as bullying. People tend to say bad stuff behind people's back. There are millions of people using horrible words to call people, People use people everyday. Life is not that easy in my view. Sometimes, all you want to do is sit alone and question yourself with hundred of questions . Am I ugly as the people say? Why don't i have any friends? Why is the world so hard to live in? What do i look like in other peoples eyes? Why don't i have the same colour of the skin as everyone else? :'( :'( How can i make others happy? The questions does not stop. You ask those questions over and over again. When you don't have any answers, you want to scream out loud or cry. Bullying? Racism? What are all these?, I don't understand what people get from making others unhappy and upset. Every single one of you there in the world have your own beauty. EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL! So don't sit there saying i'm ugly say i'm PRETTY or HANDSOME, Damnn care about what people say. "RUMORS ARE SPREADED BY HATERS, CARRIED BY FOOLS AND ACCEPTED BY IDIOT!" Treat people the way they treat you! Be strong and face these saddo people around the world. Haters are always around you. but it doesn't matter cause they are the ones who make you famous. So what? If you're not beautiful, pretty, you have life and thats the most of it. Not everyone gets to live and those who do are sooo lucky! People die, life changes, people come and go but guess what you have to go with it however much it hurts . You miss people who were in your life, that's the way they remind you that they still exist in your life. I know the feeling of that, I miss my handsome uncle as well but i know we can never meet again. I know he is not here anymore, So what i will still love him the most in my life. People say forget the past, life in present and save the future for tomorrow. I think that is true, but i cannot forget my past, it has all those beautiful moments which mean the world to me. It is the hardest thing but i just try try try and try. Don't give up or lose hope on anything. Live your life however you want Have fun! Dance as much you want! Take risks.. Trust yourself. Believe in yourself.... Damn care about haters! There is so much to do so stop faffing about. Life is too short to save it for tomorrow. Don't give up and Hope always! Love Forever!! Do what your heart says... DREAM AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE AND MAKE IT TRUE! YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE SO MAKE THE MOST OF IT ! <3 Learn lessons from the mistakes.... From this i learned awful a lot things. I started to enjoy life instead of listening to sad songs and sitting alone. Happiness came into my life but there is sadness as well. Everyday i used to dress in dull clothes now i love colours i used to hate going out of my house but guess what all these sound outside sounds attractive than sad songs. Rock music is what i listen to now, sometimes sad as well All things in life depends on what your mood and the situation.

These 6 Emotional Speeches Will Remind You What a Beautiful Person You Are

These 6 Emotional Speeches Will Remind You What a Beautiful Person You Are

We live in an age where self-care has become a priority. Whether its waking up early for that yoga class or hitting the gym after a day at the office, we value our bodies and what we put in them. Unlike generations before us, we make it a point to treat ourselves.

However, like all imbalances, focusing on one need - in this case, the physical - shifts attention away from your emotional needs. Self-love can be defined as loving yourself emotionally irrespective of what you have; it’s knowing your worth and valuing yourself for it.

RELATED: The Most Powerful Speech On How To Achieve Anything You Want

Many people struggle to maintain this type of well-being throughout their week. Unlike self-care, self-love is a more conscious exercise that requires daily practice to be effective. It is easy to conflate the two practices and mistake loving yourself by the acts of self-care you engage in. Yet, doing so is a disservice - as you are only treating yourself at a symptom-level, a physical-level. Self-love is treating yourself at the source.

So mine deep, and love deeper.

Steve Harvey Learns Why Teen Asked Boy With Autism to Dance

High school is a formative time that offers different experiences for different kids. There are many events, like prom and homecoming, that help mark that time and create lasting memories. So when those memories are tainted by bullies, it’s a big deal.

A Mean Prank

It all started when Conrad, a teen with autism and ADHD, found eggshells on his front porch. His house had been egged, but he found a note from his friend. “I’m sorry for the mess. But how about I make it up to you by taking you to Homecoming?” it read. The note was signed by one of his female friends.

However, Conrad’s friend had no idea about the note, so when he asked her to the dance, she apologized and said she already had a date. Conrad’s mother, Jennifer Conrad, said her son tried to shake the incident off, but she was understandably furious.

“I was out for blood. Mama bear was awoken,” she told Fox News .

A Stranger Steps In

Dexonna Talbot, who went to Taylorsville High School with Conrad, heard about the incident from her mom. The Miss Great Salt Lake recipient, who was later crowned Miss Utah, wanted to show the bullies that their behavior was not okay.

“The second I heard about this, I knew I wanted to do something,” Talbot told KSL . “I automatically broke down into tears because just thinking about the fact that someone would go out of their way to make someone else feel bad is so heartbreaking to me.”

So, Talbot showed up in Conrad’s history class and asked him to go to Homecoming with her. This time, there was no prank involved, and she held a sign and brought him his favorite candies as well.

“I really wanted to make sure it was at the school. So that way those people who have been bullying could see something positive was coming from this and that they weren’t winning,” she explained to Fox .

A Beautiful Date

As Conrad later explained on The Steve Harvey Show , the homecoming dance was his first date. It was also a memorable one, in which he and Talbot first went to the arcade, and then later grabbed some dinner “at a very fancy restaurant” together. They also posed for photos and had a lovely time overall.

“This has been great. We’ve seen the other end so many times. You always worry about your kids but to have this gesture, we’re going to be eternally indebted to Dexonna for this,” Conrad’s dad added on the show. “I’ve noticed a confidence in Michael throughout all of this.”

As for Conrad’s mom, she calls her son’s homecoming date her angel.

“This wasn’t a publicity stunt of any kind for her. She’s just got a tender heart. And she has really made my son's year. So, thank you!” she added to Fox .

Making a Difference

This young woman proves that it doesn’t take much to make a difference. All it takes is standing up for what’s right and actually doing something about it. There were probably tons of kids who would have loved to have gone to Homecoming with her, but Talbot made sure to choose a person who probably wouldn’t have been asked otherwise. In doing so, she not only made a difference in his life but also in his family’s life.

It’s just a nice reminder that we can all make a difference in this world if we keep our eyes open and look for opportunities.

Being there for someone when they’re down, standing up for someone who is being bullied, or speaking out against injustices are all ways to make a small and easy difference. And at the end of the day, you never know how much that tiny act could mean to someone else.

At just 19 years old, Benard’s life of freedom was over. As far as he knew, he would spend the rest of his time behind bars.

On his way to the maximum security Stateville Prison, he made himself a vow. Despite his grim circumstances and a century-long sentence, he swore he wouldn’t let his new reality define him.

“I promised myself before I got out of that bus that no matter what the outcome was that, you know, I was just going to try to do better for myself.” Benard McKinley via ABC NEWS

He was true to his word. For the next 20 years, Benard was the epitome of a model inmate in one of the most “violent” and “inhumane” prisons in the country.

He obtained his GED and a paralegal diploma, was one of 40 inmates selected out of 400 to enroll in Northwestern University's Bachelor's degree program (via Northwestern's Prison Education Program, PEP), held several jobs in prison, AND stayed out of trouble.

Along the way, he became interested in the law and spent hours poring over law books. As he became more familiar with the law, he repeatedly petitioned the courts to have his sentence appealed.

He received denial after denial. Benard kept fighting.

From Thug Life and Prison to Law School

Finally, in 2020, Benard found his redemption. In a rare case, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit threw out his original 100-year sentence. Deeming it unconstitutional to hand out life sentences to juveniles, it reduced his sentence to 25 years.

In the fall of 2023, Benard, along with 15 other prisoners, graduated university with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences. But he wasn't done yet. Benard had big dreams. He became the first incarcerated person in Illinois history to take the Law School Admission Test. He passed.

In December 2023, after serving 22.5 years, Benard walked out of the prison gates and marched through the arch of Northwestern University. Literally the SAME DAY as per The Daily Northwestern .

Benard partook in the age-old tradition, "March Through the Arch" — a symbolic gesture of the beginning and the end of their university experience for incoming freshmen and graduating seniors.

For Benard, however, marching through The Arch symbolized more than just his academic journey — it symbolized his freedom. Dozens of his classmates and professors showed up and cheered him on.

"Five years ago, I would have never thought that right now, I’d be walking down the Evanston community coming from Northwestern University, as a Northwestern graduate on my way to law school. It’s a hell of a feeling.”

Making Amends and Giving Back to the Community He Hurt as a Teenager

Officially accepted into Northwestern's prestigious Pritzker School of Law on March 15, Benard starts law school in the Fall. Until then, he is working as a paralegal and a researcher at Northwestern University and living in transitional housing.

After graduation in 2027, he plans to become a civil rights attorney and wants to open a nonprofit legal clinic to support marginalized communities.

He believes that education saved his life and hopes his story inspires others to make positive changes in their own lives.

"Not only do I want to help at-risk youth understand their potential, but I also want to help educate those who don’t believe that people who commit horrible acts can change their lives in a positive way,” he told the Washington Post .

Benard is proof that everyone deserves a second chance. Even those that society first deems irredeemable. Against nearly impossible odds and a whopping 100-year sentence, Benard refused to let his worst mistake define who he was or who he could eventually become.

He is a powerful reminder that no matter how dire the circumstances may seem, it is never too late to turn one's life around.

“From the day after I committed that horrible act, I was focused on bettering myself because I wasn’t my worst mistake.”

André Aciman: Why Beauty Is So Important to Us

By André Aciman Dec. 7, 2019

A quest for our better selves

speech on life is beautiful

Humans have engaged with the concept of beauty for millennia, trying to define it while being defined by it.

Plato thought that merely contemplating beauty caused “the soul to grow wings.” Ralph Waldo Emerson found beauty in Raphael’s “The Transfiguration,” writing that “a calm benignant beauty shines over all this picture, and goes directly to the heart.” In “My Skin,” Lizzo sings: “The most beautiful thing that you ever seen is even bigger than what we think it means.”

We asked a group of artists, scientists, writers and thinkers to answer this simple question: Why is beauty, however defined, so important in our lives? Here are their responses.

speech on life is beautiful

We’ll do anything to watch a sunset on a clear summer day at the beach. We’ll stand and stare and remain silent, as suffused shades of orange stretch over the horizon. Meanwhile, the sun, like a painter who keeps changing his mind about which colors to use, finally resolves everything with shades of pink and light yellow, before sinking, finally, into stunning whiteness.

Suddenly, we are marveled and uplifted, pulled out of our small, ordinary lives and taken to a realm far richer and more eloquent than anything we know.

Call it enchantment, the difference between the time-bound and the timeless, between us and the otherworldly. All beauty and art evoke harmonies that transport us to a place where, for only seconds, time stops and we are one with the world. It is the best life has to offer.

Under the spell of beauty, we experience a rare condition called plenitude, where we want for nothing. It isn’t just a feeling. Or if it is, then it’s a feeling like love — yes, exactly like love. Love, after all, is the most intimate thing we know. And feeling one with someone or something isn’t just an unrivaled condition, but one we do not want to live without.

We fall in love with sunsets and beaches, with tennis, with works of art, with places like Tuscany and the Rockies and the south of France, and, of course, with other people — not just because of who or what they are, but because they promise to realign us with our better selves, with the people we’ve always known we were but neglected to become, the people we crave to be before our time runs out.

André Aciman is the author of “Call Me by Your Name” and “Find Me.”

The marketing machines of modern life would have us believe that beauty is about physical attributes. With the benefit of the wisdom we have attained after many years spent traversing the planet as conservation photographers, we know otherwise.

Beauty has less to do with the material things around us, and more to do with how we spend our time on earth. We create true beauty only when we channel our energy to achieve a higher purpose, build strong communities and model our behavior so that others can find inspiration to do better by each other and our planet. Beauty has nothing to do with the latest makeup or fashion trends, and everything to do with how we live on this planet and act to protect it.

Every day we learn that species, landscapes and indigenous knowledge are vanishing before our eyes. That’s why we’ve dedicated our lives to reminding the world of the fragile beauty of our only home, and to protecting nature, not just for humanity’s sake, but for the benefit of all life on earth.

Committing our time, energy and resources to achieve these goals fills our lives with beauty.

Cristina Mittermeier and Paul Nicklen are conservation photographers and the founders of SeaLegacy .

Science enriches us by bringing us beauty in multiple forms.

Sometimes it can be found in the simplest manifestations of nature: the pattern of a nautilus shell; the colors and delicate shapes of a eucalyptus tree in full flower; the telescopic images of swirling galaxies, with their visual message of great mystery and vastness.

Sometimes it is the intricacy of the barely understood dynamics of the world’s molecules, cells, organisms and ecosystems that speaks to our imagination and wonder.

Sometimes there is beauty in the simple idea of science pursuing truth, or in the very process of scientific inquiry by which human creativity and ingenuity unveil a pattern within what had looked like chaos and incomprehensibility.

And isn’t there beauty and elegance in the fact that just four DNA nucleotides are patterned to produce the shared genetic information that underlies myriad seemingly unrelated forms of life?

Elizabeth Blackburn is a co-recipient of the 2009 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.

A person’s definition of beauty is an abstract, complicated and highly personal ideal that becomes a guiding light throughout life. We crave what we consider beautiful, and that craving can easily develop into desire, which in turn becomes the fuel that propels us into action. Beauty has the power to spawn aspiration and passion, thus becoming the impetus to achieve our dreams.

In our professional lives as fashion designers, we often deal with beauty as a physical manifestation. But beauty can also be an emotional, creative and deeply spiritual force. Its very essence is polymorphic. It can take on limitless shapes, allowing us to define it by what makes the most sense to us.

We are extremely fortunate to be living at a time when so many examples of beauty are being celebrated and honored, and more inclusive and diverse standards are being set, regardless of race, gender, sexuality or creed. Individuality is beautiful. Choice is beautiful. Freedom is beautiful.

Beauty will always have the power to inspire us. It is that enigmatic, unknowable muse that keeps you striving to be better, to do better, to push harder. And by that definition, what we all need most in today’s world is perhaps simply more beauty.

Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough are the co-founders and designers of Proenza Schouler.

Beauty is just another way the tendency of our society to create hierarchies and segregate people expresses itself. The fact that over the past century certain individuals and businesses realized that it is incredibly lucrative to push upon us ever-changing beauty standards has only made things worse.

The glorification of impossible ideals is the foundation of the diet and beauty industries. And because of it, we find ourselves constantly in flux, spending however much money and time it takes to meet society’s standards. First, we didn’t want ethnic features. Now, we are all about plumping our lips and getting eye lifts in pursuit of a slanted eye. Skin-bleaching treatments and tanning creams. The ideal is constantly moving, and constantly out of reach.

The concept of beauty is a permanent obsession that permeates cultures around the world.

Jameela Jamil is an actress and the founder of the “I Weigh” movement .

The Life of Beauty

The sung blessing of creation

Led her into the human story.

That was the first beauty.

Next beauty was the sound of her mother’s voice

Rippling the waters beneath the drumming skin

Of her birthing cocoon.

Next beauty the father with kindness in his hands

As he held the newborn against his breathing.

Next beauty the moon through the dark window

It was a rocking horse, a wish.

There were many beauties in this age

For everything was immensely itself:

Green greener than the impossibility of green,

the taste of wind after its slide through dew grass at dawn,

Or language running through a tangle of wordlessness in her mouth.

She ate well of the next beauty.

Next beauty planted itself urgently beneath the warrior shrines.

Next was beauty beaded by her mother and pinned neatly

To hold back her hair.

Then how tendrils of fire longing grew into her, beautiful the flower

Between her legs as she became herself.

Do not forget this beauty she was told.

The story took her far away from beauty. In the tests of her living,

Beauty was often long from the reach of her mind and spirit.

When she forgot beauty, all was brutal.

But beauty always came to lift her up to stand again.

When it was beautiful all around and within,

She knew herself to be corn plant, moon, and sunrise.

Death is beautiful, she sang, as she left this story behind her.

Even her bones, said time.

Were tuned to beauty.

Joy Harjo is the United States poet laureate. She is the first Native American to hold the position.

Beauty is a positive and dynamic energy that has the power to convey emotion and express individuality as well as collectiveness. It can be felt through each of our senses, yet it is more magnificent when it transcends all five.

Over more than 30 years as a chef, I have experienced beauty unfolding through my cooking and in the creation of new dishes. Recipes have shown me that beauty is not a singular ingredient, object or idea, but the sum of the parts. Each dish has an appearance, a flavor, a temperature, a smell, a consistency and a nutritional value, but its triumph is the story all those parts tell together.

When my team and I launched Milan’s Refettorio Ambrosiano, our first community kitchen, in 2015, beauty was the guiding principle in our mission to nourish the homeless. We collaborated with artists, architects, designers and chefs to build a place of warmth, where gestures of hospitality and dignity would be offered to all. What I witnessed by bringing different people and perspectives around the table was the profound ability of beauty to build community. In a welcoming space, our guests had the freedom to imagine who they would like to be and begin to change their lives. In that space, beauty wielded the power of transformation.

When I visit the Refettorios that Food for Soul, the nonprofit I founded, has built around the world over the years, what strikes me as most beautiful is neither a table nor a chair nor a painting on the wall. Beauty is the spontaneity of two strangers breaking bread. It is the proud smile of a man who feels he has a place in the world. It is the emotion of that moment, and its power to fill a room with the celebration of life.

Massimo Bottura is a chef and the founder of Food for Soul .

Who wouldn’t argue that some things are objectively beautiful? Much of what we can see in the natural world would surely qualify: sunsets, snow-capped mountains, waterfalls, wildflowers. Images of these scenes, which please and soothe our senses, are among the most reproduced in all of civilization.

It’s true, of course, that we’re not the only creatures attracted to flowers. Bees and butterflies can’t resist them either — but that’s because they need flowers to survive.

Lying at the opposite end of the beauty spectrum are reptiles. They’ve had it pretty bad. Across decades of science fiction, their countenance has served as the model for a long line of ugly monsters, from Godzilla to the Creature in the “Creature From the Black Lagoon” to the Gorn in “Star Trek.”

There may be a good reason for our instinctive attraction to some things and distaste for others. If our mammalian ancestors, running underfoot, hadn’t feared reptilian dinosaurs they would have been swiftly eaten. Similarly, nearly everyone would agree that the harmless butterfly is more beautiful than the stinger-equipped bee — with the possible exception of beekeepers.

Risk of bodily harm appears to matter greatly in our collective assessment of what is or is not beautiful. Beauty could very well be a way for our senses to reassure us when we feel safe in a dangerous universe.

If so, I can’t help but wonder how much beauty lies just out of reach, hidden in plain sight, simply because we have no more than five senses with which to experience the world.

Neil deGrasse Tyson is an astrophysicist with the American Museum of Natural History, where he also serves as the Frederick P. Rose director of the Hayden Planetarium. He is the author of “Letters From an Astrophysicist.”

Beauty can stop us in our tracks. It can inspire us, move us, bring us to tears. Beauty can create total chaos, and then total clarity. The best kind of beauty changes hearts and minds.

That’s why the bravery of our girls is so beautiful — it can do all these things.

Over the past year, girls have moved us to tears with impassioned speeches about gun control, sexual assault and climate change. They have challenged the status quo and brought us clarity with their vision of the future. They have changed the hearts and minds of generations that are older, but not necessarily wiser.

Girls like Greta Thunberg and Isra Hirsi are fighting for the environment. Young women like Diana Kris Navarro, a Girls Who Code alumna, are leading efforts against harassment in tech. Girls like Lauren Hogg, a Parkland shooting survivor, and Thandiwe Abdullah, a Black Lives Matter activist, are speaking out against gun violence. The list goes on and on and on.

These girls are wise and brave beyond their years. They speak up because they care, not because they have the attention of a crowd or a camera. And they persist even when they’re told they’re too young, too small, too powerless — because they know they’re not.

Their bravery is beauty, redefined. And it’s what we need now, more than ever.

Reshma Saujani is the founder and chief executive of Girls Who Code and the author of “Brave, Not Perfect.”

I spend most of my waking hours (and many of my nightly dreams) thinking about beauty and its meaning. My whole life’s work has been an attempt to express beauty through design.

I see beauty as something ineffable, and I experience it in many ways. For example, I love gardening. The form and color of the flowers I tend to fill me with awe and joy. The time I spend in my garden frequently influences the shape of my gowns, as well as the objects that I choose to surround myself with. It even brings me closer to the people who have the same passion for it.

As humans, we all are more or less attuned to beauty. And because of this, we all try to engage with it one way or another — be it by being in nature, through poetry or by falling in love. And though our interaction with it can be a solitary affair, in the best cases, it connects people who share the same appreciation for it.

Beauty is what allows us to experience the extraordinary richness of our surroundings. Sensing it is like having a visa to our inner selves and the rest of the world, all at once. The interesting thing about beauty is that there is simply no downside to it: It can only enhance our lives.

Zac Posen is a fashion designer.

“The purpose of sex is procreation,” a straight cisgender man once told me, trying to defend his homophobia. “So that proves that homosexuality is scientifically and biologically wrong. It serves no purpose.”

I was quiet for a moment. “Huh,” I then said, “so … what’s the science behind blow jobs?” That shut him up real quick.

I often hear arguments that reduce human existence to a biological function, as if survival or productivity were our sole purpose, and the “bottom line” our final word. That is an attractive stance to take because it requires the least amount of energy or imagination. And for most animals, it’s the only option — the hummingbird sipping nectar is merely satisfying her hunger. She does not know her own beauty; she doesn’t have the capacity to perceive it. But we do. We enjoy art, music, poetry. We build birdfeeders. We plant flowers.

Only humans can seek out and express beauty. Why would we have this unique ability if we weren’t meant to use it? Even quarks, those fundamental parts at the core of life, were originally named after “beauty” and “truth.”

That’s why beauty matters to me. When we find beauty in something, we are making the fullest use of our biological capacities. Another way of putting it: When we become aware of life’s beauty, that’s when we are most alive.

Nicole Kidman on Having 'Incredibly Loving' Daughters Support Her at AFI Awards: 'It's Beautiful' (Exclusive)

Nicole Kidman is paying tribute to her “incredibly loving” teenage daughters.

On April 27, the actress, 56, was honored at the 49th AFI Life Achievement Award Gala in Hollywood, California.

When asked what it was like to have Sunday Rose , 15, and Faith Margaret , 13, — whom she shares with husband Keith Urban — witness such special moments in her career, Kidman jokingly told PEOPLE, "You'll have to ask them."

"I think they're just like ... they want to get started on their own careers," the actress continued of her daughters, whose attendance at the gala with Kidman and Urban, 56, marked their red-carpet debut.

"They are here to support me, and they're very, very supportive and incredibly loving," she added.

While they attended the award gala in support of their mom, Kidman's daughters did have one particular part of the night they were especially looking forward to, she said. "We're going to do a post wrap-up at the house late, late tonight," the Big Little Lies actress explained, adding, "There's a party afterwards, and they're like, 'Oh, there's a party?' "

"That's what they're excited about," she teased.

Kidman also revealed that her “whole family” from Australia flew in to celebrate her milestone achievement, except for a few she said were missed, including her nephew Hamish, her mom, Janelle, who was “watching on a live stream" and her late father, Anthony, who died in 2014.

"My Papa is not here, but he is here. And it's beautiful," she said.

“It's beautiful to have a family to be able to go and want to share this with you, because you don't get to do that. A lot of the times, if you get invited to the Academy Awards, you get one ticket extra. So the idea of being able to have your family come to something like this is really exciting,” Kidman continued.

Still, the star said that having so many of her loved ones with her left her “a little distracted” as her maternal instincts kicked in. “I'm like a mother hen going, ‘Is everyone okay? Is everyone okay?’ " she explained.

According to the American Film Institute's website , the AFI Life Achievement Award, which has been presented since 1973, is given by the AFI to an "individual whose career in motion pictures has greatly contributed to the enrichment of American Culture,"

During her acceptance speech, the actress praised her husband, daughters and her family as a whole, as she said that while there is an "enormous amount of luck" in her life, "there's also the most important thing, love."

"Big, big love. And then right there is the love of my life, and the loves of my life. My daughters have never been anywhere publicly with me on a red carpet, tonight was their first night, so they're here, Sunday and Faith," she said.

As well as her family, Kidman was also supported by a host of celebrity friends, including  Naomi Watts , Big Little Lies costars Meryl Streep and  Reese Witherspoon , and Morgan Freeman , who worked with Kidman on the Paramount series  Lioness.

Watts, 55, Witherspoon, 48, Urban and Zac Efron all gave touching speeches in honor of the actress during the ceremony.

Speech on Beauty Perception

Beauty perception is a fascinating topic that varies from person to person. It’s all about how you see and appreciate the world and its inhabitants.

Your idea of beauty might be different from others. It’s shaped by your experiences, culture, and personal beliefs.

1-minute Speech on Beauty Perception

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, today we’re talking about beauty perception. It’s how we see and understand what is beautiful.

Beauty is often said to be in the eye of the beholder. This means that what one person sees as beautiful, another might not. We all have different ideas about what is beautiful. Some people might think a sunset is the most beautiful thing in the world. Others might think a piece of art or a song is the most beautiful.

Why do we have different ideas of beauty? It’s because of our backgrounds and experiences. If you grow up in a place where everyone loves music, you might think music is the most beautiful thing. If you grow up in a place where everyone loves nature, you might think nature is the most beautiful thing.

It’s also important to remember that beauty is not just about how something or someone looks. Beauty can also be about how something makes you feel. A kind word or a helpful act can be beautiful.

So, what’s the big idea here? It’s that beauty is not just one thing. It’s many things to many people. And that’s okay. It’s what makes the world an interesting place.

In closing, let’s all remember to appreciate the beauty around us. Let’s also remember to be kind and helpful to others. Because that’s a beautiful thing to do. Thank you.

2-minute Speech on Beauty Perception

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today, we will talk about a subject that touches us all, ‘Beauty Perception’. It’s about how we see beauty in the world around us and in ourselves.

First, let’s think about what beauty really is. Many people believe that beauty is about how a person or a thing looks. They think that beauty is in the color of your skin, the shape of your body, or the style of your clothes. But that’s only a small part of it. True beauty is about much more than just looks. It’s about who you are on the inside. It’s about your heart, your mind, and your soul.

Now, let’s think about where our ideas of beauty come from. A lot of it comes from the things we see and hear every day. We see pictures in magazines, on TV, and on the internet. We hear people talk about what’s beautiful and what’s not. These things can make us feel like we have to look a certain way to be beautiful. But that’s not true.

Beauty is not a one-size-fits-all thing. It’s different for everyone. What one person finds beautiful, another might not. And that’s okay. That’s what makes the world a colorful and exciting place. Imagine if everyone looked the same, acted the same, and liked the same things. How boring would that be?

So, how can we change our perception of beauty? We can start by looking for beauty in different places. We can find beauty in a kind smile, a helping hand, a brave heart, or a clever mind. We can find beauty in the way a tree grows, in the sound of the rain, or in the smell of fresh bread. We can find beauty in the things that make us happy, the things that make us feel good, and the things that make us feel alive.

Most importantly, we can find beauty in ourselves. We are all beautiful in our own way. We are beautiful because of who we are, not because of how we look. We are beautiful because of our kindness, our courage, our intelligence, and our love. We are beautiful because of our dreams, our hopes, our joys, and our strengths.

In conclusion, beauty is not just about looks. It’s about who you are on the inside. It’s about finding beauty in different places and in different ways. And it’s about seeing the beauty in ourselves. So let’s change the way we see beauty. Let’s celebrate our differences, let’s appreciate our uniqueness, and let’s love ourselves for who we are. Because everyone is beautiful in their own way. And that’s the true beauty of beauty perception.
