Describe a person who solved a problem in a smart way model answer 1

Introduction

I believe that one should not work hard but always you should work smartly. There is one more person I know who has the same belief, that is my younger brother.

Who is this person?

My younger brother is an aspiring chef and he has a lot of skills related to this area. He has an immense amount of knowledge in this area compared to his age.

What the problem was?

Last year during the Diwali celebration we decided to host a party at our house but by mistake, I added a lot of salt to the curry. The curry was supposed to be the center of attraction and it seemed that everything was ruined.

How did he/she solve it?

My brother used his intellect and dipped a ball of flour in the curry and reheated the curry. The ball soaked all the excess salt from the curry and even added a bit of smoothness to it.

And explain why you think he/ she did it smartly?

Looking at the amount of curry it is very easy that anyone would get freaked out easily, yet my brother used his experience to tackle this situation. Rather than making the curry all over again, he used his intellect to solve the problem. He was the savior of that day.

That day my younger brother taught me a life lesson, that smart work is always valued more than hard work. He made me proud that day and saved me and my family from embarrassment.

Describe a person who smartly solved a problem model answer 2

There are many situations from which I can portray my thoughts on this topic, yet I would like to put forth the event when my best friend Driti smartly resolved a difficult situation.

Who this person is?

Driti is my best friend since the age of 8. She has always been in my thick and thins. I can claim that she has never failed to be my partner in crime.

What was the problem?

It was my Arangetram, a performance in order to complete my Bharatnatyam, the half saree which is traditionally supposed to be worn by me during the performance was torn and was very much visible to anyone.

How did he/she solve it?

My friend stitched the saree in such a way that it looked like a flower, the unique design made in my saree not only looks comfortable but also a little elegant.

And explain why you think he/ she did it in a smart way??

To be very honest she does not have any skills when it comes to stiching, but being a techno-savvy herself she searched everything on youtube and made that flower from scratch.

Conclusion

I was on cloud nine and hugged Driti tightly. If she would have not stitched my dress properly the practice which I was doing for ages would have been in vain.

Describe a person who solved a problem in a smart way model answer 3

I would like to share a secret and describe how my friend worked out a problem in a smart way and even saved me from getting scolded by my parents as I met with an accident that day.

This person is one of my friends, who lives in society with me. He is the person II always look for to accompany me when I need to clear my mind and go out for a long drive.

In one such situation, when we went to Athirapally falls and on the way back home we met with an accident, unfortunately. There was a huge dent on the front of the car, giant enough that after such a dreadful event my parents would never allow me to touch the car keys.

He made a few calls to car servicing companies but all of them were very far away, making it a difficult situation. Luckily he got the idea of throwing hot water on the dent. This magically solved the problem, when we came back home there were no visible signs of the accident.

To be very honest he could have lost his calm very easily but he retained himself. Instead of going to car service, he solved the problem in just 25 minutes.

Well, I was really scared and was clenching my hands. The way he handled the problem with his presence of mind taught me an important life lesson.

Describe a person who solved a problem in a smart way model answer 4

Well, everyone has problems in their life, and dealing with them requires a great amount of courage and patience. Here I would like to share one such instance where my friend solved a problem in a wise way.

His name is Kirtan. He is a computer engineer with astonishing innovative and presentation skills. He is very helpful and kind and is ready at any time to help his friends and neighbors. I remember the instance which was 1 year ago when his neighbor had a problem and he solved it with ease.

The neighbor was trying to start his vehicle but he was unable to start even after trying it for half an hour. He tried each and every way to start the vehicle such as trying the choke method and the kick but it was of no help. He was so frustrated that he started yelling in society and everyone gathered there because of that.

After we saw that we tried to help him. To be precise I was a bit confused looking at the condition of that vehicle but my friend got the problem at the very second. He just removed the spark plug which generates the spark while trying to start the vehicle. He cleaned it and after placing it in the correct way the vehicle got started and everyone praised him for that.

I think it was very smart of him because at that time no one even tried to help the neighbor due to his anger issues. However, just because of his helpful nature he was able to help him. Moreover, he is calm and composed in difficult situations and due to his reasoning skills, he solved it in a very smart way.

Thus, this was the only situation where I got motivated and inspired by the way he solved the problem.

1. Do you think children are born smart or do they learn to become smart? Well, if you ask me, I consider that no one is born with talent, everyone develops in the journey of their life. The children have experienced real life and when they are out of the nutshell, they learn how to become smart and thus are able to solve any problem.

2. How do children become smart at school? School is the primary place where children learn things. They observe not only their mentors but also their peers and gain knowledge about many things. This academia also tests their abilities which polishes their skills and thus they enhance themselves.

Sample 1 Describe a Person Who Solved a Problem in a Smart Way

There are so many situations in our life where we have to face so many challenges. We might need support from the other person, so today I want to talk about one set situation which happened in my final year of college, I was in a really pathetic situation in an experiment related to the electronic motherboard where we connect so many wires. We need to find the output of it. I didn’t get the output in spite of trying for rough then I called my best friend who’s his name is Nishant and he was the one who sold this problem so apparently what happened was I did not connect the wires correctly, and there was some shots circuit due to this. And whenever I switched on the current, it was arising, so what he did was he made some changes in the circuit diagram and told me that there are some differences in the two wirings. Because of that, there were some technical errors. First, I was astonished that he was the most incredible person. He literally saved my life that day. If not, I would be in much trouble, and I am also happy. I was on top of the world when I finally got the output. I thought that I was removing all the circuits and redoing the experiment repeatedly; however, he saw a mistake in the actual circuit diagram. Hence, he made changes in that, so I would say that is the most innovative way of dealing with any sort of problem rather than just glean the same song again and again.

Sample 2 Describe a Person Who Solved a Problem in a Smart Way

They are a lot of people whom I like in my life due to an abundance of reasons. Sometimes I prefer a person to solve my every problem in a smart way. In the lifestyle of the individual, they always take help from their others when they feel stuck, so it is a part of life when we take help from someone in a difficult situation. I would like to talk about a time when I was stuck in a difficult situation, I had no idea how to solve that issue, so my father sorted out that problem in a few minutes. I remember vividly when I got the summer vacation from my college, and I had plenty of time to spend quality time on educational activities. Even at that time, I also joined master’s classes in French because I wanted to pursue further study in foreign universities, so I spent around 20 to 25 days in the classes. I got an assignment on the front course, which I needed to complete in the timeframe of five working days. Moreover, I was in a dilemma about how to solve that assignment with my presence of mind even though there were lots of difficult questions over there which I never had familiar with them apart from that French is one of the most valuable languages around the world, so I think French is The main barrier we need to clear and take a university and also enhance our living standard. After that, when I started my assignment, I was stuck On the third question because it was unique from the others. I tried my very best, and I got failed every time, so I made up my mind to take help from my father because he has a bank of knowledge, so every time in a house. I always take help from my father because his mind is very productive and always gets focused on creativity. My father also understood this question and gave a unique answer of that question within one minute even I felt over the moon ,my father found a resolution of that question and gave a resolution all the questions which I got in assignment so I felt cloud9 and understand the power of my father so that time I also completed my assignment within four days and also submit it to the teacher and also got a very good score in that course however there are lots of problems which I need to face in our day to day life in a household my father also gives the resolution and sort out every kind of complex problems in a few minutes even last day my mother got stuck in our kitchen because microwave didn’t work on that time and my father simplified opened that microwave and cleaned through brush so after that the microwave again began to work so there is some sort of problems which my father is handled very quickly because he is a multitalented person so that is the person which I found very interesting and also solve every problem in an intelligent way.

Follow ups Describe a Person Who Solved a Problem in a Smart Way

Question 1:- do you think children are born intelligent or do they learn to become wise.

Answer 1:- I don’t think we can judge a person based on smartness; similarly, we can’t impose on Sonora’s child to be clever or make them smarter. Every child is special and unique in one way or the other, so I can’t. I don’t believe that it’s to judge kids based on their demeanours or attitude.

Answer 2:- According to my perspective, no one can be born intelligent, even if we need to enhance our living standards with the help of all hard work. However, I also believe in hard work when a person interacts with their struggle and achieve their heights even though I denied with the notion no one children born wise, so they are lots of factors which children need to face and enhance their ability to sort out any problems that are used to become such a successful person in the life.

Question 2:-How do children become smart at school?

Answer 1:- I think I said earlier that I don’t believe in children being bright either at home or school. Still, most teachers insist that they can become wise by regularly practising mathematical calculator calculations and critical problems. I think this makes them make one be smart.

Answer 2:- There are ample ways in which children can interact with themselves to become intelligent people even then try to participate in every competition and sport, which eventually leads to appropriately improving their living standards. However, also interact in a quiz competition to source and sort out every problem and also take a class in which they need to improve their ability and finalize their carrier opportunity.

Question 3:-Why are some people well-rounded and others only good at one thing?

Answer 1:- It actually depends on one person to another. For instance, I can’t go and ask a cricketer to become an astronaut or a scientist. Similarly, some people are well versed and versatile in many activities, so it depends on their interests and intentions of how they want to lead their life. We can’t force everyone to be experts in all aspects.

Answer 2:- Being well-rounded or good at one thing depends on individual personality and the number of efforts people put into different aspects of their life. Moreover, there are numerous factors which people are multitalented and prefer to do two or three work at the same time because of their personality even though they also have the talent to handle all things easily. Some people also focus on their only one work because they don’t want to lose their attention and don’t want to spoil their work, so I think they believe that they need to achieve any kind of milestone they always focus on one work that leads to open the doors of the success which they enhance their living standards.

Question 4:-Why does modern society need talent of all kinds?

Answer 1:- As I mentioned earlier, society is constantly pressurizing people to be well versed in all the skills. However, I believe that it is really challenging and adds additional pressure to the people. This society is getting influenced by other people’s achievements, so I feel that we just have to concentrate on the work we do rather than compare one’s life to another.

Answer 2:- Well, modern society needs the talent of all kinds because that is the best way to have a healthy workforce and, consequently or a healthy society if everyone was good at science and became doctors that no one would become an author or teacher, or business person.

Describe a Person Who Solved a Problem in Smart Way Sample Answer 1

As we are moving from an old era to a technological era, there are many different people who are solving problems in a smart way, rather than a hard way. I would like to share my experience when the internet was emerging and people were aware of it.

Banner

Who the Person Is?

I still remember I was studying MBA and my friend and I were trailing the library for some books. As it was the day of the exam, there were limited books in the library and everyone had their heads in books. So it was rather tough to get the books. My friend and I were away from the college for 3 days and the library looked unfamiliar, because it looked half deserted without books.

When and Where Did the Person Help You?

After hours of strolling through the library, we still didn’t find books that we wanted for the examination and these books were not there in the market either. The librarian approached us and told us that she would help.

She gave us a very smart idea. She had told us that we were welcome to the library anytime and any day so that we could study. She was a good friend of ours and her computer had access to the internet and library pdfs.

Why Do You Think He/She is Smart?

We were very thankful to the librarian, because of her we topped the examination. If she didn’t approach us and gave us the smart learning tip, we would have not passed the examination. There was one more advantage to it, we could type our questions online, instead of roaming around the teacher who was usually packed with loads of students.

I would say that the internet is a smart way to learn things and has changed our lives completely. It has opened new ways to interact, learn and explore things. As time goes on, there are new things emerging from smart people and I think creativity will never die.

Describe a Person Who Solved a Problem in Smart Way Answer 2

People believe that some people are book clever, while others are street smart. But, on occasion, I believe that street smart people are more useful than others. After all, it was the street smart individual who came up with a brilliant solution to a problem for me, and this is his street in a problem.

I was once travelling from India to Singapore. It had many beautiful places and it was one of my dream destinations. Once I came across a place that was full of street-side people and people living in unhealthy conditions. One of the people, named Oliver, approached me from a stall and asked me to come and eat at his stall.

Personally, I liked junk food, but I kindly declined him and turned around to exit and go back to the hotel as it was dinner time, then I found out that I was not carrying my purse and I had left it in the hotel.

I thought he sensed my fear and told me not to worry. I felt a little relieved at this and told him that. He had told me not to worry and told me that the smart way to reach the hotel is by walking and he would personally drop me there. I first hesitated and then nodded hesitantly.

When we started to walk, he made sure there was a very good distance between us, so that I didn’t feel awkward and we were walking really fast. I was in a dilemma because the route was unknown to me. We took a turn in a deserted street and there were a lot of dogs which made me stop. Though I was not telling him what the problem was, he understood it quickly.

He was way smarter than I thought. He was carrying a meatloaf and called the dogs. The dogs headed towards the direction and then we ran at the end of the street, just to witness the hotel, right in front. I thanked him and the next day, went there to spend time there and created a video which helped the people there.

In any case, the solution was excellent and exceedingly ingenious, especially given our thought process. He had really saved me that day because he was a great human and a smart person who was ready for anything.

Describe a Person Who Solved a Problem in Smart Way Answer 3

When a problem arises, the phrase “think outside the box” comes to mind, and while not everyone succeeds in coming up with a solution, there is one individual on this earth who never ceases to amaze me with his ingenuity and ability to solve even the most difficult situations. Anu is the name of my younger sister.

Even though we’re sisters and have a strong relationship, my mother has always told us that we’re as different as two individuals can be. I’m a rather energetic person who tends to make snap decisions, whereas my sister is quite calm and normally solves problems in a level-headed manner, which is why she’s been a sort of saviour to me on several occasions.

There was a period in my life when I took the JEE mains entrance exam that I regard to be a watershed moment. And, like my mother, I have hypotension, or low blood pressure, which can lead to dizziness when I’m hungry or fatigued. In some situations, all I need is the sugar from a couple of candy bars to get back on my feet, but I’m a bit of a scatterbrain, so I generally forget to bring any.

On that day, as the examination date approached, I was so frightened that I couldn’t think straight and my hands began to shake. Suddenly, I discovered some tiny chocolate bars and toffees in my pocket, and they saved my life!

Finally, it was discovered that my sister had remembered to place some in my pocket for me in order to avoid this problem. She was extremely attentive and astute to undertake such a thing!

IELTS Speaking: Part Three Follow-Up Questions

Given below are some speaking questions for round three that are likely to be asked, so look at the answers and the questions below to get to know how to answer the questions.

What is the difference between a parent’s and a teacher’s role in a child’s education?

Well, I believe that parents are more accountable for instilling values and ethics in their children, whereas school teachers are tasked with providing children with academic skills. You could also argue that parents educate their children more through example, in terms of how they do things and react to situations, whereas instructors teach children how to do things based on a curriculum created by educational professionals, which is not as personal.

In your perspective, what is the best way to educate children?

Real skills, which will be useful in their future lives, must be taught to children. They must study what society will require in the future. Most children appear to learn more quickly by doing things rather than listening to teachers speak about a subject. I believe that if children can participate in a variety of activities that help them develop the abilities they require, they will learn successfully.

Is the government, in your opinion, sufficiently supportive of education?

They are always able to supply more. It’s not so much the quantity of support they provide as it is the quality of support they provide. It must be current and focused on the most important aspects of schooling. It must be well-planned and provide the best resources and facilities feasible for children to grow and develop academic and life skills.

What suggestions would you make to instructors to help them improve their classrooms?

I remember when I was in school, some of the subjects appeared uninteresting to us. I believe that teachers should consider how they connect the subject matter to the actual world or the students’ personal experiences with the real world.

I understand that schools are now using more technology than previously, which is a positive thing. Students, in general, need to perceive that something is relevant, or at the very least fascinating, thus if teachers can make it clear why learning something is vital, students may be more engaged.

How can we assist youngsters in realising their potential?

The first step is to recognise your strengths. In many circumstances, this is not an easy task. Then it’s a matter of ensuring that youngsters get the support and tools they need to fully explore and develop their talents. Schools must be able to provide equipment, resources, or facilities to children that they may not have at home or that their parents cannot supply.

Describe a person who solved a problem in a smart way

IELTS CUE CARD TOPIC

Who this person is?

What the problem was?

How he/she solved it?

And explain why you think he/she did it in a smart way?

Sample Answer 1

Introduction

In this contemporary epoch , smartness has made inroads in people’s lives. Only those people who follow the impressive growth trajectory go beyond the conventional domain to tackle the pressing problems surrounding us.

I have had the opportunity to see the smart way of handling a grave concern by a seasoned entrepreneur.

The name of the person is Mr Andrew. He owns a restaurant in my city.

Mr Andrew is a rage to riches story. Despite a humble beginning, his business has grown by leaps and bounds.

Although Andrew’s business was doing good, he used to feel dishearted with the wastage his restaurant would generate every day.

He had instructed his manager to find a viable solution to address this issue. His team had tried a lot by creating awareness and giving rewards, but all efforts went in vain.

How did he/she solved it?

Upon seeing his team’s failure, Mr Andrew had realized that he needed to do something out of the box. To do so, he had changed the menu, and he started charging according to the weight of the eatables. For instance, the customers had to order 500 gms pizza instead of a large pizza.

This paradigm shift led to a tremendous decline in food wastage because now customers pay for the quantity of the eatable they order. And to save money the customers order as per their need and do not waste food.

His smart idea has worked like a charm, and now his restaurant generates minimal wastage.

And explain why you think he/she did it smartly?

He did it smartly because of his love for the environment. He knows the importance of food, and according to him, the greatest sin is food wastage.

Sample Answer 2

Being an altruist person, I tend to meet people with different talents and backgrounds. Due to this habit, I have met many people who possess some special talent. Recently I met a person who has carved out a niche for himself but doing smart work.

The name of this person is Mr Gordon. He is my next-door neighbour.

Recently his company assigned him a task to devise a plan to deal with the plastic waste in the city.

To solve this problem, he went beyond the conventional domain. He was smart enough to realize that some out of the strategy would be required to take care of this grave concern of plastic waste disposal.

To do so, he had made a tie-up with rag pickers and instructed them to deposit all the plastic waste with his company. The collected plastic would then be converted into flower pots of different sizes and different colours.

The rag pickers would get these flower pots free of cost for the hard work done by them. They would later sell these products in the market to earn money.

This strategy had worked like a charm for him and led to a tremendous decline in the quantity of plastic waste in our city.

He decided to do it smartly to prove the point that all problems have a solution. The only thing we need to do so is to change our attitude towards the issues surrounding us.

Conclusion:

This smart work of Mr Gordon made me an optimistic person.
