She further accused him of exploiting young girls in the name of getting them work and modelling assignments. She posted various screenshots of chats in which the accused is asking for semi-nude pictures from girls and asking them to do a video call for indecent acts. Various celebrities such as Priyank Sharma and Nikita Bhamidipati stood up in her support and posted stories to unmask the accused while expressing their similar encounters with him.

When Chetan Bhagat spoke at a literary event organized by a media company in November 2022, he mentioned the name of Urfi Javed while asserting that young people were spending a great deal of time on Instagram. Mr. Bhagat said,

On 3 November 2023, a video featuring Urfi Javed gained widespread attention as it showed her being detained by police officers in Mumbai. Her, dream finally comes true and she got her second chance in the television serial Bade Bhaiya Ki Dulhania as Avni Pant.

After that, she got many opportunities to perform in serials like Chandra Nandini,  Meri Durga, Saat Phero Ki Hera Pheri, etc.

Her fame ladder uplifted after her appearance in the Big Boss OTT reality show in 2021 where she wore a dress made up of garbage bags.

In 2022 she became the most searched person on Google in Asia.

Urfi Javed has announced a new reality show based on her life called Follow Kar Lo Yaar.

Uorfi Javed has always been the talk of the town for her unconventional fashion choices and strong sense of individuality. The Bigg Boss OTT fame who’s also a huge social media sensation, will soon be seen starring in her own reality show, titled Follow Kar Lo Yaar. She announced the show today, March 19, at a special event held in Mumbai.

Uorfi took the stage with Karan Johar and Ananya Panday and announced her upcoming show on Amazon Prime Video. She said, “A lot has been going on and a lot of people are suggesting me a lot of things. Koi bol raha tha dating show karlo, koi bol raha tha vlogging karlo kyuki movies toh mujhe mil nahi rahi thi. So sab apne apne suggestions de rahe the. Though I’m not a choreographer but I was planning my next move.”

“Mujhe laga logo ne mujhe pap videos main bohot zyada dekh liya hai and meri jo personal life hai na, usme saare genres hain. There’s drama, trauma, there’s everything. Love, love thoda kam. There’s fights, violence, there’s everything so I thought apna hi reality show kar lete hain,” she added.

Meanwhile, Uorfi will soon be making her Bollywood debut with Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2. Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2 will bring a story of love in the world of the internet where social media has a major influence. After the news of Tushar Kapoor and Mouni Roy doing a cameo in the film now the makers have revealed that Uorfi Javed will be making her debut on the big screen with Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2.

Balaji Motion Pictures, a division of Balaji Telefilms and Cult Movies present a Dibakar Banerjee Production, Love Sex aur Dhokha 2, produced by Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The film is directed by Dibakar Banerjee. The film will be released on April 19, 2024.
